In our Xi’an vlog today, we head out to the Guangren Temple and fly the drone ( over the temple itself. We then head out for some Chinese street food for more lamb kebabs, breaded chicken and sausages on sticks.

Eating PAO MO + Exploring the ONLY Tibetan Temple in Xi'an | China
Today we had a more relaxing day! We started the day by heading to a highly rated local restaurant that specializes in Pao Mo - a Muslim Chinese bread stew. We then visited Guangren Temple, which is the only Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in the whole Shaanxi province. The temple was incredibly serene and absolutely stunning. It was definitely a relaxing part of our time in Xi'an.
After relaxing a bit in our hotel, we headed back out to get some dinner! We went to a restaurant called Fanjie, where we tried their Pork Burgers, Soup, and Cold Noodles.

Visiting Three Temples in Xi'an for Chinese New Year's Eve / DJI Osmo Pocket Vlog
After our return from Chongqing we spent Chinese New Year's Eve visiting three different temples in Xi'an's city center: first Guangren Temple, the only Tibetan Buddhist temple in Xi'an, then the City God Temple, and finally Xiangzimiao Temple at night. We also enjoyed another very nice massage, this time at Gin Spa near the Bell Tower.

GIANT WILD GOOSE PAGODA & ANCIENT CITY WALL XI'AN // BIANG BIANG NOODLES // XIAN VLOG DAY 4 CHINA
It’s our fourth and final day in Xi’an. We head to the Wild Goose Pagoda in the morning, fly the DJI Spark drone up close and person to get some great shots then head back into the city centre. We loved walking along the Ancient City Wall and back to Muslim Street for some street food, a Chinese hamburger, lamb stew and some ice cream.

廣仁寺也是陝西省境內唯一的，藏傳佛教寺院，是古時候西北、康藏一帶的大喇嘛進京時候在此歇腳的行宮，所以這裡還有一個別稱就是“喇嘛寺”。

Guangren Temple is also the only Tibetan Buddhist temple in Shaanxi Province. It was the ancient lama in the northwest and Kangzang areas when it was in Beijing. So there is another name called “Lama Temple”.
XI’AN VLOG DAY 1 // FLYING A DRONE OVER THE BELL TOWER // FLYING TO XI'AN
Xi'an and the Terracotta Warriors was a highlight from our first trip to China so it was of course, our first trip to take when we moved to China. During some time off from teaching in Tianjin, we decided to head down to the amazing city and explore what else Xi'an had to offer.
This Xi'an vlog is day 1, where we fly from Tianjin to Xi'an Airport, check in at the Ramada Bell Tower Hotel, try some local Chinese street food, fly our drone (we use this one: ), eat some lamb and squid skewers and visit the Bell Tower at night.
