Luoyang is a magical fertile land that has gone through the washing of time with a long history, magnificent mountains and rivers, and a splendid civilization both in ancient and modern days.
Here was once the starting point of the Silk Road,thecenter of the Grand Canal and the place where China originated
Luoyang, Jerusalem, Mecca and Athens are named the Four Holy Cities of the world. The mountains and rivers in Heluo region bred the earliest eastern civilization. Throughout the 5,000 years, 13 Dynasties including Xia, Shang, Zhou, Eastern Han and other dynasties had founded their capitals in Luoyang. The 105 emperrors have made their own strategies here to govern the country. One-third of the five thousand years of civilization in China is centered in Luoyang.
The city has witnessed the flourishing of Confucianism, the prosperity of Buddhism, the accomplishment of metaphysics and the begining of Neo-Confucianism.
It fully deserves the title of the source of the Chinese civilization. Time has made the city of Luoyang a Living museum with the glory of the Chinese civilization shining through the history.

水席是洛阳人的大宴，象征最传统最盛大的团圆。一共有有二十四道菜。水席的最大特点是汤。食材都很简单，大多是素菜，但却能做出肉的外观与味道，同时又造型美观，充满营养。既满足了人们对美食的追求，又符合环保健康的理念。
Shui Xi is a grand dinner in Luoyang, symbolizing the most traditional and grand reunion. There are a total of twenty-four dishes. Shui Xi 水席 literally means water table and its distinctive feature is that almost all dishes having soup inside. The ingredients are very simple, mostly vegetarian, but they can make the appearance and taste of meat, while at the same time being beautiful and full of nutrition. Shui Xi not only satisfies people's pursuit of food, but also meets the concept of environmental protection and health.

Yuntai Mountain is situated in Xiuwu County, about 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) from Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. This mountain is among the first group from all over the world that received the title of World Geologic Park from UNESCO in 2004. It is also the only famous scenic area in Henan Province having the titles of National 5A Grade Tourist Attraction, National Forest Park, National Geologic Park, National Water Conservancy Scenic Area and National Macaque Natural Reserve.

The Puning Temple (Chinese: 普宁寺; pinyin: Pǔníng Sì; literally: Temple of Universal Peace), commonly called the Big Buddha Temple,[1] is a Buddhist temple complex in Chengde, Hebei province, China. It was built in 1755 during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor in the Qing dynasty as a sign of the Qing Empire's reverence for Tibetan Buddhism. It is located near the Chengde Mountain Resort, and alongside the equally famed Putuo Zongcheng Temple, it is one of the Eight Outer Temples of Chengde. Much how the Putuo Zongcheng Temple was modeled after the Potala Palace in Lhasa, the Puning Temple was modeled after the Samye Monastery, the sacred Lamaist site in Tibet. The front temple was constructed in the Chinese style, although the temple complex follows both Chinese and Tibetan architectural styles. The Puning Temple also houses the world's tallest wooden sculpture of the bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara (22.28-meter-high and 110-ton),[2][3] hence the Puning Temple is often nicknamed the Big Buddha Temple.
