This year's Toy Mountain campaign collected C$82,300 in cash donations and close to 10,000 in toys.
Bell Media hosted the event in partnership with Surrey Honda and Alpine Credits.
Last year’s Toy Mountain was built with close to 10,300 toys, and the event generated over C$76,000 in cash donations. The 2017 Toy Mountain campaign collected over 13,000 toys and about C$63,000 in donations for Lower Mainland families in need.
The Salvation Army will deliver the toys to children and families in need in the local community just in time for Christmas morning.

Guildford Town Centre is a mall built in November 1966 and is owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Quebec-based real estate company. For its 50th anniversary in 2016, it attempted to set the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest carrot cake.
The shopping centre has over 250 stores, services, and restaurants with a gross leasable area of 1,203,584 sq ft and its anchors include Hudson's Bay, Walmart, London Drugs, Old Navy, Uniqlo, and Sport Chek. It is the largest mall south of the Fraser River as well as the second largest in British Columbia, after Metrotown. There is a 12-screen movie theatre run by Landmark Cinemas.

上周在 52VAN 说到 Disney Store 在 Pacific Center 开了大温地区第三家店，本来想去看看。周末临出发改变主意——想着是人多，不过去一家没去过的 Mall，那里也有 Disney Mall。这就成了今天要推荐的“人不多但很不错的逛街 Mall”——Surrey Guildford Town Center。
