When to Cameron Highlands(CH) last October. CH located in Perak, about 2 hours from Ipoh and 5 hours from KL by bus. The average temperature is below 27'c along the year because of the altitude. There are many Strawbery Farm, Vegetables farm, Tea Plantation and many more.
If u are coming here, I recomend u to stay at Brinchang rather than Tanah rata. It is because of the location for many farm.

Among great mountains to climb.
Heavy rain plus cold weather from the start, advisable to bring rain coat or sweater.
It took us around 2 hours to get to mini irau, before continue hiking for another 2 hours to the peak. The track was muddy and full with moist, which made this place a lot cooler. This place need to be in your checklist.
Satisfaction checked!

Jungle Trekking at Gunung Brinchang Cameron Highland 2019
Hiking at Gunung Brinchang in 20 minutes video.
Feel the great trekking challenges and obstacles along the track.
Today, most climbers are not preferred to use this track because they preferred Gunung Irau instead of Brinchang. Thus, it seem like abandoned. In addition, this track has no signboard to guide climber.
That is why we published this video to guide you to reach at Gunung Brinchang's peak from Pekan Brinchang (opposite Balai Polis Brinchang). Enjoy this video and put some comment to improvise future video log.

[Currently Closed] Jungle Walk Trail #1, Brinchang, Cameron Highlands, Malaysia
We exit from our hotel in center of Brinchang in morning. Is was little cold, and many butterflies still sleep on walls and road. But we going to walking in Jungle.
First we walk near road approximately 500 meters. You will see crossroad with yellow table what show right direction to Jungle Walk #1.
Here is a right crossroad. Jungle Walking Trail #1 - longest walking trip in Cameron Highlands.
Going straight on this road.
First is will be ordinary road in city, you will see private houses and backyards.
On next crossroad, you will meet another one yellow table, and you need go right road. Somebody building new house.
I see liana!
This is a next crossroad, and as I see is last point where you can came on car. Here you need go left road. Goodbye good road, see you later! When you continue walk you will see a large water tank surrounded by a fence, this is a right direction, go left, walk near fence. We came to place where before was little bridge, but now bridge damage, so we go down to the ditch and than go up. Is make us little dirty, but is was only first obstacle what we met on our trail.Hey hey, only 1.92 km walking! Yellow table show distance to final destination of trail - top of Gunung Brinchang, and distance back to Brinchang city.
We began to climb to the top.
Trail have border, please do not cross this. First this border keep you on save and right direction. Second - border protect nature from people, is so easy damage plants what grow here many years, please be careful.
Don’t worry, this forest is safe, don’t have any mosquito or leaches, and you can see wild orchids around. But actually, we didn’t see any orchid in this jungles, possible we go in wrong season. Is was some another flowers, but not very many.
Sun is up and temperature up also, anyway not forget take some extra close for not freeze, and of cause take water.
We was lucky and this day not was any rain. But I’m sure, walking on Trail #1 can be much more hard if rain came.
Be careful! See very careful before touch any liana!
We stay in Hotel what have name “Check Inn” in center of Brinchang. In hotel work very friendly staff. Especially we want tell thank you to Muhammad, for his detail advice. He is help to us choice this trail and tell all details for we easy can find right way.
Mount Gunung Brinchang have a height 2032 meters, and this is a highest mountain in Cameron Highlands, and second height in Malaysia. On top of this mountain you can walk 2 km on Trail #1 or you can drive car on mountain road. This is a highest place of Malaysia what you can reach by the car. But I very not recommend use little car for came to this place, road have big holes in some parts and you can damage your car. Local people very often use Land Rover. Length of road for car approximately 13 km.
As you see summary you need walk in Jungle 2 km, and ordinary you will need 2 hour for do this. But we record video and take pics, so we use 4 hours for this trip.

CANTIK dan misteri. Persekitaran yang agak 'creepy' atau mistik ini juga dikenali sebagai Mossy Forest tidak ubah seperti memasuki terowong masa ke alam yang digambarkan dalam filem Lord Of The Rings atau Alice in Wonderland.

Made this video for fun, just want to share our journey as we had a great time there.
It's not meant to be a guide, but hopefully it gives you a rough idea of what CH looks like hahah.

Cameron Highlands, Malaysia | DJI Mavic Drone Footage!
The Cameron Highlands in Malaysia is a stunning and huge hill station area in the mainland of Malaysia. Flying my DJI Mavic drone here was just awesome! This very green and high situated part of Malaysia is know for its big tea fields, Mossy Forrest and beautiful hiking trails. So it’s not strange that this part of Malaysia also has become a popular spot for backpackers and travelers. We visited this place too and enjoyed making nice shots with our DJI Mavic drone and camera's.
The Cameron Highlands are covered with huge fields of tea plants full of tea leaves and also a very big Mossy Forest. The cooler climate in this area is ideal for growing tea and also certain vegetables. During the day it rarely becomes over 25 degrees and the temperature can drop as low as 12 degrees. For many travelers Cameron Highlands is therefor also a nice escape from the more warm areas of Malaysia.
Cameron Highlands has four main roads, two roads to the west, to Ipoh and to Tapah. And two roads to the east, to Gua Musang and Kuala Lipis. And the place itself consists of some small towns wherefrom Tanah Rata is the most visited by backpackers and travelers.
From Tanah Rata we did some hikes up to Gunung (Mount) Brinchang, the highest point in Malaysia accessible by car. On top of the Brinchang there is a beautiful ‘Observation Tower’ that provides a breathtaking view over the Cameron Highlands and its Mossy Forest. Flying the drone over this rainforest is just so much fun! The place is very green and clouds are slowly blowing over this dramatic scenery, just amazing!
We hiked down through the Mossy Forest which base is covered with a tick layer of moss. The forest looks intimidating and in some places even a little dark and creepy, but that’s why we absolutely loved hiking here. There are quite some different trails you can follow. Some of the trails are quite hard to do, some of them are more easy.
The next day we drove up to the famous BOH Tea Plantation. Here you can take some nice views over the plantation, stroll around through the tea leaves and obviously drink a nice cup of tea. If you like some in depth information about the tea growing and making process you can do a free tour. But we just wandered around shot some beautiful images and clips with the drone and just enjoyed this magical and delicious smelling green area.
I absolutely loved my trip to the Cameron Highlands! It’s super green and the temperatures are very comfortable which makes hiking around this place even more enjoyable. One of my favourite places in Malaysia!

Gunung Brinchang, Cameron Highlands - A Little Off Road
Driving up Gunung Brinchang, the second highest peak in Cameron Highlands. Did a little detour along the way into a remote part of the mountain. A reminder not to take the wrong way if you do not have a car with good ground clearance, and a bit of courage.
