【4K】Hachioji walk
Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
Hachioji is the biggest city of Tokyo by area and it's located far to the west from the business center. But it's quite populated and many people go to Shinjuku in overcrowded trains every morning. The city is quite rural regardless of its size. Mt. Takao - one of most popular mountains of Tokyo is located here.

Hachioji
Hachiōji Hachiōji-shi is a city located in Tokyo, Japan, about 40 kilometers west of the center of the special wards of Tokyo.
As of January 1, 2010, the city has an estimated population of 551,901 and the density of 2,962.27/km². The total area is 186.31 km².
It is the eighth largest city in the Greater Tokyo Area. The city is surrounded on three sides by mountains, forming the Hachiōji
Basin which opens up toward the east in the direction of Tokyo. The mountain ranges in the southwest include Mount Takao (599 m) and Mount Jinba
(857 m), two popular hiking destinations which can be reached by train and bus, respectively. Two major national roads, Route 16
(which connects Kawagoe in the north with Yokohama in the south) and Route 20, the former Kōshū Kaidō.

On the first day of 2020, I ran from Higashi Tokyo to Hachioji and Ibaraki Shimotsuma, just like last year.
I finished my errands in Hachioji, and stopped at Akidomedai Park, Roadside Station Shimotsuma and Kokaigawa Fureai Square.

Hachioji Castle; December 2016
Hey guys.
This is a quick vid about Hachioji castle ruins in, of course, Hachioji. It can be found just north of Takao station in Tokyo.
The history of the castle is a little mysterious, but there's a high chance it was besieged and razed before it was fully completed.
This was a hilltop castle that would have been a formidable position to try and take.
The waterfall has a legend, too. Apparently, when the castle was razed, many people committed suicide and the rivers ran red with blood. Today however, it's a stunning waterfall within a lush and vibrant area.
Please check it out if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, or just want to see a part of Tokyo that few people have. Access from the centre of Tokyo is pretty straightforward. Take either the Chuo Line or Keio Line (heading to Takaosanguchi)
Also, sorry for the video quality. This was my first drone flight and the daylight was blinding.

Night Drive in Hachioji, Tokyo ~ 夜のドライブ in 八王子
Okay, I understand that the music is bad - doesn't fit the vide. lol The thing is, you know, I had to use free royalty-free music because I didn't want to pay for the music or break the rules (in the society, and on YouTube). And, free royalty-free songs are not necessarily as good quality as the ones that famous musicians make or ones that you'd buy. You can't just choose whatever songs you like when you make videos and publish them TO PUBLIC (whatever occasion it is) like here on YouTube (despite the fact that many still do that). If you want to use other people's creation like music, photos, videos, etc. (supposing those are not royalty-free works for now) in your videos, you'd have to ask them if you can use their works unless those works are royalty-free works and the creator/publisher doesn't require the users inquire them in advance or report it later. If you can use their works, you'd have to pay for them, or not, case by case (for instance, you can buy compilations of royalty-free music, video/photo materials). The creators/owners of royalty free works may have their own different policies. And in most cases, the copyright of their works still belong to the creators/publishers. So, you can't pretend as if you made those works yourself, but may need to clearly indicate that you used [who]'s works.
And the reason why I put in some BGM in this video, which I usually don't care to do, is because my sister was driving the car and she was listening to One Direction's songs, in which case if I wanted to upload the video with their songs in the background, I'd have to pay their label company. I wouldn't want to do that, nor am I sure how much that would be. So, I was just being a good YouTuber, using royalty-free music, following the rules. :P But still, I get it that the music still dont't fit the video. lol I spent some time finding good music and that is what I ended up in the end!! Anyways, you can just mute the video and play your favorite songs. :P
For your info, by the way, copyright is another thing. The copyright of someone's work may have already expired, like Morzart's pieces, but using his music is totally another thing. You can freely play his pieces to public, edit them, and even make money out of it. However, if you use his music from some CD, no, you may not be able to do that. There are always people that play the instruments, publish music online/in CD, doing all those
creative and/or hard work.

2014年9月20日午後5時55分頃から撮影開始。「第11回おわら風の舞 in 八王子」のメイン会場の横山町公園に向う際にJR八王子駅近くの西放射線ユーロードを歩きながら撮影。途中、演舞会場の三崎町公園、中町公園や黒塀通りを見ながら撮影していますが、横山町公園にたどり着く手前で流し踊り会場に向う芸妓さん達、富山のおわら保存会西町支部の方達に出くわしましたので、横山町公園には行かずに付いていきながらジョイ五番街通りまで撮影しました。
