Hachioji Matsuri - Japanese Summer Festival 八王子まつり
Hachioji Matsuri is a Japanese summer festival west of Tokyo with taiko drumming, Obon dancing in yukata, and ornate wooden floats playing music with dancers. It's a three day festival on the first weekend in August. This video is from Day 2 which has the taiko drumming and Guinness World Record Obon Dancing in Japan with the most dancers (2130 this year).
