After the hot water in Egypt nothing better than go for a dive in Portugal were the water is cold, well. We made two dives in Berlengas, Peniche. We partner we Haliotis Peniche, a dive center we multiple options to dive in various locations in Portugal. The team that works in this dive center are amazing. We loved working with them.
As for the dive itself, the water is around 18 degrees and a reasonable visibility. Even though we had two great dives, the first ones in Portugal. As you know, it is impossbile to control nature and wild animals, This day lacked in fish but the seastars made a great appearance with more than ten. We need to return and do another dive.
Important tip, is possible to have dolphin watching tours around the island. Maybe next time we also see them in our dives. Fingers crossed
