Crazy House (Hang Nga Villa) - Things to do in Da Lat, Vietnam
Crazy House (Hang Nga Guesthouse) is not your average hotel.
It's located in Da Lat, Vietnam and has 10 nature-themed rooms that are unlike any other.
While it's a hotel it's also a huge art gallery, and is open during the day for visitors to wander through (for a small fee). While I didn't stay there, based on the hour or so I was there, I feel it wouldn't be a relaxing stay. But, I expect people staying there are probably out exploring the city while the place opens up to tourists. Staying there for a night would be an experience for sure but it's probably not for everyone.
Crazy House has gained world recognition for its unique architecture and has been named one of the world’s ten most bizarre buildings.
The place can get busy but I found it was still easy to branch off from everyone else. I'd aim to be there for about an hour.
If you're thinking about going, you should!

Hằng Nga guesthouse, popularly known as the “Crazy House” (Vietnamese: Ngôi nhà quái dị), is an unconventional building designed and constructed by Vietnamese architect Đặng Việt Nga in Đà Lạt, Vietnam.
Described as a “fairy tale house”, the building’s overall design resembles a giant tree, incorporating sculptured design elements representing natural forms such as animals, mushrooms, spider webs and caves. Its architecture, comprising complex, organic, non-rectilinear shapes, has been described as expressionist. Nga has acknowledged the inspiration of Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí in the building’s design, and visitors have variously drawn parallels between it and the works of artists such as Salvador Dalí and Walt Disney. Since its opening in 1990, the building has gained recognition for its unique architecture, being highlighted in numerous guidebooks and listed as one of the world’s ten most “bizarre” buildings in the Chinese People's Daily.

Tour of the Crazy House in Dalat
A house in Dalat became a tourist attraction for its crazy architecture, but I think its amazing and creative. The Vietnamese woman who design it went to Moscow and got a PHD in Architecture. Her name is Đặng Việt Nga.
Crazy House and Hotel in Dalat, Vietnam. You've never seen anything like this before!
The Crazy house and hotel of Dalat in Vietnam is truly crazy. To say the least, this is one of the craziest houses I set foot inside. It started out as a small project an artist but now it's a full grown crazy house land which also hosts a hotel. When we visited they just constructed an underwater ballroom!
When you're in Dalat there is no way around it, you need to visit this crazy house and even better is to stay inside one of the hotel rooms there. Because then, when the house is closed for the public you get this magical place all to yourself. You can book a night in the crazy hotel right here:

Da lat trip | Travel to dalat vietnam guide | Tour Visit Dalat
alat, also Da Lat (Ðà L?t), located in the South Central Highlands of Vietnam, was originally the playground of the French who built villas in the clear mountain air to escape the heat and humidity of the coast and of what was then called Saigon (now) officially known as Ho Chi Minh City.
Dalat is a mid-sized city that looks like a cross between Vietnam and the French Alps. Outside of the city centre, it is surrounded by a series of pine-covered hills, lakes, and higher peaks, making for some lovely scenery quite different from the rest of Vietnam....
There are many places around town to rent a bicycle, tandem or motorbike. Please consider carefully before you move to rent a motorbike, as according to the Vietnamese law you must be in the possession of a valid Vietnamese drivers license, to be able to operate and drive a motor vehicle in the country, failure to have one, cancels any insurance that the bike might come with and makes you liable according to the law for any damages and remember in South East Asia, you are always liable, as you are always guilty, as you are presumed to have more money then the other party. Hence you will have to pay for damages to the bike and its full value, damages to other people and their property, as well you might have just ruined your own vacation time, due to injury and of course hefty payments to third parties.
