Tour Monte Rosa is a great trekking tour around the Queen of the Alps: THE MONTE ROSA.
I startet the Tour Monte Rosa in Macugnaga in the Italian, region of Piemonte. From Macugnaga via the Monte Moro Pass into the Swiss canton Wallis. From Saas-Fee over the famous Europaweg to Grächen and Zermatt. Over the Theodul Pass to the Italian Region of Valle d'Aosta. Via Resy, Rifugio Gabiet, Alagna and Rifugio Pastore back to Macugnaga.
The view into the different valleys in Switzerland and Italy is unforgettable. You see not only the highest and most beautiful mountains in the Alps, but also mountain villages with different cultures and of incomparable character. A great adventure that is simply unforgettable!

Das Matterhorn ist der berühmteste Berg der Alpen, um den sich mehr Mythen ranken als Bergsteiger auf dem Gipfel waren. Begleiten Sie unsere Reisegruppe, die von Zermatt aus auf zahlreichen Touren rund um das Matterhorn diese einmalige Bergwelt kennen lernten. Auch eine Fahrt mit dem legendären Glacier-Express durfte dabei nicht fehlen.

World’s longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the Swiss Alps
World’s longest suspension bridge in Switzerland accessible from the town of Randa near Zermatt, was opened on 29 July 2017.
The 494 meter footbridge forms part of the Europaweg walking trail, one of Switzerland’s most famous. The two-day hike links Grächen and Zermatt.
In 2010, the previous bridge was closed because of ground instability. Since then hikers have had to descend 500 meters into the valley before climbing back up even higher.
The new bridge hangs 200 meters lower than the old one. 65 cm wide its 53 mm cables weigh 8 tonnes.

Der Hüttenweg ist wunderschön und einfach zu gehen. Er ist aber lang und verlangt Kondition. Er kann auch von Furi oder Schwarzsee her begangen werden und ist somit kürzer. Vom Schwarzsee muss man aber wieder ins Tal absteigen. Geniesser bleiben unbedingt eine Nacht in der Hütte. Ein Abend mit alpinen Berggängern und ihren Erlebnissen ist sehr interessant. Viel Spass !
