Der Leuchtturm von Hanstholm wurde 1843 erreichtet und 1889 elektrifiziert. Er war der erste Linsenleuchtturm in Dänemark und einige Zeit der kräftigste der Welt. Es ist auch der am höchsten gelegene Dänemarks, und mit seinen 65 m über dem Meer sieht man ihn weit draußen auf der Nordsee.
Die Öffentlichkeit hat Zutritt zum Leuchtturm.

The lighthouse of Hanstholm was reached in 1843 and electrified in 1889. He was the first lens lighthouse in Denmark and some of the world's strongest. It is also the highest situated in Denmark, and with its 65 m above sea level you can see it far out on the North Sea.
The public has access to the lighthouse.

Rigtig spændende at se hvordan en forsvars bunker var sat og bygget, hvordan den har holdt sig i de mange år.
Et rundt tårn ned mod indkørslen til Hanstholm hvor 3 maskingevær var, og en stort maskingevær til at beskytte indgangen til bunkeren.
Bunkeren ligger lige neden for Hanstholm fyr.
