It's hard for travellers from abroad because of the most strong yen nowadays. So I recomend you Torikizoku, Japanese chiken barbecue pub, very low price,all of liquers and dishes are ￥294(tax included)each.
Leave the south exit of Oyama-station,Tobu-tojo-line,there're McDonalds' in front of the station, you turn right it and you'll find Torikizoku easily. Large size beer, Tanrei-dai,600ml,is very valuable. I hope you enjoy them.
