Southern Gateway
A venture to establish a transportation, logistics and international trade center located in the north of the city. The project will include a new large and modern sea port, built at the edge of a 4.5 km long channel, an international airport 18 km north of Eilat in the Timna region, which is in the process of being built and the completion of the rail link from the Zin river to Eilat and connecting to the air and sea ports.
This innovative port design will include a cargo rail terminal connecting Eilat to the Ashdod port on the Mediterranean Seaand will serve as a land bridge for transferring goods between Asia, Africa and Europe. The transfer of the location existing port will clear and open up a 9 km strip of the Red Sea coast line that will be developed for tourism and strengthening Eilat as a leading international tourist destination. The plans for a new and fast passenger rail link between Eilat and Tel Aviv are also under progress. Construction of the new International Airport will improve the city's status as an international tourist destination. The old airport will be demolished creating a huge area for further development. By transferring the location of both the sea and airport, additional hotels will be built in the evacuated areas turning Eilat into a Red Sea Riviera and a leading international tourist city

Zenobia Wreck, Cyprus, 2013 - HD high definition - Ranked TOP 10 of the worlds best Wreck Dives
The Zenobia wreck lies in 42 metres of water on the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea about ½ a mile out of Larnaca harbour. It takes about 15 minutes, by boat, to reach.
Lying on her port side with her starboard side just 18 metres down, Zenobia is in tact apart from some internal structural damage. There are 2 lorry deck with another lower deck, accommodation area and a restaurant area.
More than 100 lorries were on board when the Zenobia went down to its final resting place, and many of them can still be seen. A couple of them are still attached to the main deck by steadily rusting chains, whilst some have broken free and fallen to the seabed. Some of their cargo has spilled and includes industrial machinery, air conditioners, timber, Tonka toys, paint and eggs, which still can be seen. To witness these incredible scenes take a peak to the stern of the Zenobia wreck around the ocean floor.
There is plenty of marine life to be seen during the dives including Groupers, Amberjacks, Barracudas, and much more.

There’s just so much mystery and adventure in the Philippines. It’s just a matter of making sure that you have the right gear. Go out, look around, and have some fun.
This looks to be about a 16-18 meter cruiser. Might have sunk during a typhoon. You can see it was still tied up to the mooring. This is the flying bridge. Dual throttle controls, twin-engine.
She’s been down here awhile judging by the marine growth and fish life already on her. It looks to me like someone’s already been salvaging this vessel. Interesting marine life on it. She’s sitting on the bottom. You can see the dingy boat davits, no dinghy of course.
This boat actually has kind of an interesting design. It’s got the flying bridge, nice and high up, open to the weather, as most flying bridges would be. But also, way up at the bough, the forward set of controls is also open to the weather.
With over 7000 islands, I guarantee you there are lots of boats on the bottom like this.
