The paths lead to a viewing tower of the Port of Vancouver, LynnTerm, Vancouver city and Burrard Inlet.

The Tall Videographer - Capilano Park, North Vancouver, BC
The northern end of Capilano Park includes Cleveland Dam on Capilano Lake. The park includes access across the top of the dam and trails leading to different viewpoints on both sides of Capilano River canyon. Other features in the park include a fish hatchery, numerous trails, Grandpa Capilano - the largest Douglas-fir in the park at 61 meters high and at the southern end of the park there is the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

It was a beautiful, sunny day in the Lower Mainland, so we went for a walk in Whey-Ah-Whichen (Cates Park), North Vancouver, BC.
Harbourview Park - BEM off the Viewpoint Walkway
Harbourview Park in North Vancouver, BC has an offshore viewing tower accessible from a walkway. It was from this walkway that BEM was lowered into the water.
BEM is a ( Benthic Excursion Module ) homebuilt for my GoPro Hero2 Underwater Camera. It consists of a few salvaged materials like the tall upright lamp anchor and a few choice bits of hardware including a large ring bolt and a high-visibility float which helps to keep it upright and visible as it descends on a long, strong cord. I do worry about one day getting tangled in abandoned fishing tackle and losing the whole thing to Davy Jone's Locker.

Vancouver Canada, Hop-On Hop-Off citytour 4K
In April we were able to explore Vancouver very well with the hop-on hop-off bus from Westcoast Sightseeing by Gray Line. The city tour leads through downtown and the park tour in addition through the Stanley Park. Both tours in station wagon were for two days but for the price of one day. Every 40 minutes you will be taken back from the stops during the day. In addition, there is a ride on the water bus from Stanley Park to Granville Island. We especially liked Yaletown, Science World, China Town, Gastown, Steam Clock, Vancouver Lookout, Canada Place, and in Stanley Park: Coal Harbour view, Totem Poles, Prospect Point, English Bay Beach with palm trees and Sunset Beach overlooking the Burrard Bridge.
