Brockville Ribfest Behind The Scenes
The crew over at Ribs Royale at Brockville Ribfest was nice enough to help us capture some behind the scenes footage of life as a Ribber.
This family friendly food festival is held annually during the second weekend in August in Brockville at Hardy Park on the waterfront. The event features great ribbers and snack vendors, free live entertainment, and lots of free fun in the kidz zone
SKATE PARK LINE (Brockville Ont unfinished park)
Chad from the CRD doing a quick little line at the unfinished skate park in Brockville Ontario. This was filmed with a sony cyber shot digital camera and is of very low quality.
The first skatepark in the world, Carlsbad Skatepark, in Carlsbad, California, was designed and built by inventors Jack Graham and John O'Malley in March 1976. In more extreme climates parks were built indoors, often of wood or metal. By the end of 1970s the skateboarding fad had waned, and the original parks of the era began to close. A downturn in the general skateboard market in the 1980s and high liability insurance premiums contributed to the demise of the original skateparks. Some second-generation parks such as Upland, California's Pipeline survived into the 1980s. However, few of the private parks of the 1970s remain, with the notable exception of Kona Skatepark in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.[1] However, many public parks of that era can still be found throughout Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand
