There's a world full of women and a world full of men, Archie Campbell
Archie Campbell studied art at Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, North Carolina, after which he began a radio career at WNOX in Knoxville. After a year alongside Roy Acuff on their Mid-Day Merry-Go-Round, he relocated to WDOD in Chattanooga, where he stayed until joining the United States Navy in 1941. At the end of World War II, Campbell returned to WNOX.
In 1969 Campbell joined Hee Haw on CBS-TV as a chief writer and on-air talent. His regular characterizations included the Barber, in which he performed his Spoonerism stories and his That's Bad/That's Good routines; the Doctor as Doctor Campbell with Gunilla Hutton as Nurse Goodbody; and, Justus O'Peace, his version of the classic Judge routine of Pigmeat Markham.
In 1984, Campbell hosted TNN's Yesteryear interview show.. An avid painter, he also owned an art gallery and served on the school board in Knoxville, where he lived until he suffered a fatal heart attack in 1987. He is buried near the town of Powell, Tennessee.
Campbell's childhood home on Main Street in Bull's Gap has been preserved as a memorial, and has been expanded into a tourism complex and museum which hosts annual Archie Campbell Days each September.
Following Campbell's death, U.S. Highway 11E through Bulls Gap was renamed Archie Campbell Highway in his memory.

Footprints (clip)
Footprints is a short documentary which brings to light an art program faciltated by muralist Frances McDonald and hosted by the AIM Center, a Chattanooga, TN clubhouse whose mission is to aid in the social reintegration of adults with persistent mental health issues.
Shot in what might be called a cinéma vérité style, the film depicts a single day in the creation of a collaborative art project which will enable the Center's members to make their individual marks on the Center's new facility.

A Day In The Life Of Chattanooga's Homeless
Today, what I did was hunt cans. Me and another guy hunted cans and got them out of a dumpster. God bless the snow, because of the garbage service backed up... and they were full. Made $22 today between the two of us.Bernard Gravley is 55 years old. He's lived on the streets in 38 different states. Even though he has nowhere to call home... he's found the silver lining in the bad weather.Gravley does odd jobs wherever he can, but usually, he doesn't know what the day will bring.Well, you know... a good day... sky's the limit. A bad day... you're begging for your next dollar.Gravley's no different than the hundreds of other people who make up Chattanooga's homeless population. He knows what it's like to shiver through cold nights, and says shelters like the Community Kitchen opening their doors have been a blessing.Try sleeping out there on that snow and come in here. I don't think they are... I know they are. They treat me real good, said Gravley. But no two people share the same story.David Buse has only been homeless for 1 year and and says the transition has been heartbreaking.Disgusting. Helpless. Because I ain't always been this way, said Buse.Buse sleeps at the Community Kitchen at night. During the day, the 64-year-old likes to walk by the river or sit in the park by himself. He prefers to be alone, because he doesn't want to listen to others complain about the problems they share. But the two men do have one thing in common. They both say the Community Kitchen saved them from the dangerous cold. This place is a blessing. For me anyway, said Buse.If you want to learn more about Community Kitchen, click here. The Price Of Freedom: Helping Homeless Veterans
The Veterans Administration has a goal to end veteran homelessness by 2015. Nationally it is a critical issue and I would dare to say that's why the Veterans Administration nationally has taken this on as one of their target programs, Director of Johnson Mental Health, Donna Maddox said. One way the VA is attacking this problem is by providing grants for programs such as M.A.S.H. or Mission Accomplished: Stable Housing. M.A.S.H.'s goal here locally to get Veterans off the streets in 26 Tennessee Counties They don't have to come to an office. We can go meet them, Carla Muhammad-Lawson with the M.A.S.H. program told us. We looked for someone under a bridge today. We'll meet them where they're at.Jackie Redd was in the Army for 2 years in the 1980's. He's been homeless since 2011. He lives at the Chattanooga rescue mission, and says he can't work because of his backI refer to my back as being like Rice Krispies. Redd told us. It snap, crackle, pops all day long, and sometimes the pain is so unbearable. The M.A.S.H. program has helped a lot of people, but there are some veterans who either don't qualify or for whatever reason haven't taken advantage of what they offer. Chattanooga's Ron Berryman also wants to help the veterans who remain on the streets. What we need to do is raise some funds so we can purchase a building and remodel it, Berryman said. Once we get that done we can move these men in a facility that will house them and take care of them.By Josh Roe

Lyrics:
Come on out and dance
If you get the chance
We're gonna spit on the rivals
All I wanna know
Is how far you wanna go
Fighting for survival
Underneath the stars
Where we parked the cars
Ain't showing signs of stopping
Pretty little girls
Naked to their curls
Ready to lay in a coffin'
If you wanna go
I'm gonna go
I've got a fire burning
Go on take my hand
When we see the band
Baby's gonna be a big one, oh yeah
Baby's gonna be a big one

What it’s like to get a High-field Open MRI
Get ready for a radically different type of MRI. This imaging machine looks nothing like a traditional MRI. It is a great alternative for anyone who is nervous about an exam because of feelings of claustrophobia. For broad-shouldered or obese patients, the high-field open MRI offers more space and more air flow to make you feel more comfortable. Before you book your exam at our Kirkland, WA location, watch this video to see what it’s like to go through a high-field open MRI. mycdi.com
