♥☼ Waratahs in the Blue Mountains, Australia - November 2010
I found these Waratahs in early November of 2010, near Govett's Leap at Blackheath in the Blue Mountains of Australia - 2 hours drive from Sydney.
Some of the very best specimens I have ever seen.
The Waratah is one of many flowers that are made into Flower Essences.
Flower Essences have been used throughout human history as a very powerful natural medicine. They work on all levels, and are especially suitable to treat the Emotion level of a person, and also work well in treating animals.
Peace be with you always.
Dex :)

London History Walking Tour - Royal Greenwich
One of my favourite day trips in London is to Royal Greenwich - where east meets west and Old historical Royalty meets new modern art and innovation. Greenwich has been at the centre of the world for hundreds of years and you won't want to miss all these lovely places to see.
First there’s the peninsula where you can see modern art by Anthony Gormley, Alex Chinnek and more, stretching all along The Line as far as the Olympic park.
Take a trip up the River Thames to the place where Admiral Lord Nelson’s body was taken after the Battle of Trafalgar, Les Miserables was filmed and the first observatory in England was built by Sir Christopher Wren.
Climb the O2 centre for spectacular views of London or see a global sporting event or music concert inside the dome.
Take an Emirates cable car for wonderful views of the river or visit the Now Gallery for new and innovative art installations. You can even hit a few balls on the driving range or walk by the tree where Queen Elizabeth the first played as a child and King Henry VIII got married.

Hey Brumby
Hey Brumby
Victorian teachers would like to dedicate the following song to Premier John Brumby.
Hey Brumby
Hey hey Brumby,
We want to know why you treat us so.
Hey hey Brumby,
We want to know why you treat us so.
Victorian teachers it's kids we serve,
And fair pay is what we deserve.
Your 3.25 is way off the pace,
What an insult -- A bloody disgrace.
(Chorus)
Young teachers have had enough,
You don't care -- Don't give a stuff.
Put 'em on a contract for all to see,
It makes them leave permanently.
(Chorus)
Now Pikey has a new blueprint,
What we think -- Well take this hint.
More bloody work -- No more pay,
Teachers want respect -- starting today.
(Chorus)

Kristie O'Donnell - Selected Paintings
Kristie O'Donnell just completed her undergraduate painting exhibition at Boston University. Some of the works she exhibited in the exhibition in May 2009 and the other work she completed as a student. The sound track is also music she made while visiting the UK. She made it in one day with another piece. She also sings on the second half of the song, a couple of minutes in..worth listening to..
