Wellington Coffee Story - Havana Coffee Works
Today we are visiting Wellington and if you’re passing by this beautiful windy city a visit to the famous Havana Coffee roastery is an absolute must! Continuing Wellington's obsession with all things Cuba, this fantastic roastery offers first class coffee and smiles all round.
Havana Coffee is a New Zealand institution and in the last twenty eight years, they have built a following, a business, a brand and several ways of life around late-night coffee houses, importing Cuban coffee, setting up plantations in the Pacific and bringing Coffee U Feel to the people.
From powerful sustainable practices to Havana’s very own invention, a fluid-bed hot-air roaster that makes great tasting coffee, I can assure you that after your visit here, you’ll be positively buzzing.

When Havana began roasting coffee in 1990, people said you didn't simply taste the coffee, you felt it. Havana Coffee Works roast onsite, a variety of exclusive blends and many 'country of origin' beans, and we continue to roast our hard-hitting beans. Love the beans, love the hit!

PARROTDOG
Host Jeremy Redmore visits ParrotDog brewery for a little taste of some of the finest New Zealand craft beer.
First put into action by the home-brewing partnership of Matt Kristofski and Matt Warner in a dingy old flat in Aro Valley, ParrotDog really kicked off when Matt Stevens was added to the grist in 2011 for the release of ParrotDog's first commercially available contract brewed beer, ParrotDog BitterBitch. Since then ParrotDog's growth has been remarkable to say the least.
