A piece of history was made in this video as Virgin 'Azuma' liveried IEP class 800 No.800101 became the first IEP Hatachi super express to visit the southwest.
The train was a test run and was the 5X30 2104 Stoke Gifford Depot-Plymouth
The train is seen passing through Newton Abbot following a signal check.

Video: A short evening spot at Midgham station - the least used station in Berkshire, situated on the Reading to Taunton Line (Berks and Hants Line). This features intercity GWR services towards Plymouth and Penzance, some local stoppers to/from Newbury and Bedwyn (including a 387, something I had not seen yet since the line was part electrified), as well as some freight.
