How to Find the Leatherman's Cave in Watertown, CT
A lot of people have gone hiking, looking for the Leatherman's Cave in Watertown and have been unsuccessful in their search. So, here's a video that might help. This is the easiest route to the cave which is located off Thomaston Road in a wooded area owned by the State of Connecticut just up the hill and across the street from Black Rock State Park.

Welcome to 151 Lake Street, on Highland Lake in Winsted Connecticut. This pristine 1654 square foot colonial style home was built in 1999 and is gorgeous inside and out. The home sits on just over a half an acre on Highland Lake and features a two car garage.
Highland Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the state, is a wonderful place year round for boating, skating, fishing, snowmobiling or cross country skiing.
The grounds are neatly landscaped and give you one hundred and fifty three feet of waterfront. Off the back of the home is this beautiful brick patio that leads to a private dock. There is plenty of parking and outdoor space for entertaining and relaxation.
Let’s go in and take a tour.
The kitchen is magnificent; it features marble countertops, modern spacious cabinets, stainless appliances and various views of the property. Off the kitchen is the dining area which leads to this spacious family room. The high ceilings allow for a wall of windows which brings in natural light all day long. You have views to the east and west with seemingly endless sunshine.
The brick fireplace will keep you warm in the fall and winter months, it’s a cozy place to thaw out after a snowmobile ride or day of ice fishing.
There are three spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space; this is great home for seasonal or year round living, everything you need is right here. You’ll notice the Brazilian teak wood floors around the home.
In lower level of the home is this family room or possible additional bedroom which has doors that open out to a covered area of the brick patio giving you direct access to the waterfront and yard. It’s a great space for many purposes.
