Hi! Today’s video is all about Jade (facial) Rollers! I have been obsessed with facial rolling recently because of the immediate skin glowing results! I feel like you guys can even see the huge difference on camera when you compare my skin before and after I used the rollers. I like to use the Jade Roller right after I was my face in the morning, even when I’m short on time I’ll try for even a minute or two. At night, I really like to lay in bed and facial roll gently for 15-20 minutes while I’m watching Real Housewives of New York. Because I have a more dry skin type, I feel like jade rolling really helps bring life into my skin. Jade Rolling is also so nice when your face is a little puffy after eating bad foods that cause your face to bloat, or when you’re a little puffy in the morning. I wash my jade rollers with soap right after I finish using it, and then keep it in the freezer so that they are always nice and cold. Have you guys tried Jade Rolling?!

Japanese mountain waterfall and shrine in a cave
Gifu Prefecture, Seki City
at the top of this mountain, there are the ruins of an old castle which date to approx 1520. This is one of the places where a few of the trickles which seep out so high up in the mountains finally gather together and become a bit of a stream, and was sacred to them, no doubt. It is impressive, the boulder and the falls and the basin below. There has been hardly any rain, so the falls are a mere trickle, now.
