This 512 acre- parcel has been conserved by RLHT to forever ensure that this spectacular vista remains unspoiled. Located along the Rangeley Lakes National Scenic Byway and bordering the Maine Bureau of Public Lands, the Appalachian Trail, Mooselookmeguntic Lake and Bemis Stream, the “Height of Land” parcel is identified on virtually every map, tour guide, brochure and website that focuses on the Rangeley Lakes region. This spot provides one of the most stunning overlooks in New England. With magnificent views of Mooselookmeguntic and Richardson Lakes and the White Mountains, this forested lake landscape provides the perfect setting for artists, tourists and all who appreciate mountain air and spectacular scenery

Lazy Eye II - Vacation in Rangeley, Maine
Erich, the Owner of Old Port Jingles stayed at this amazing cabin in the Summer of 2011. It was incredible.
One of the best cabins in Rangeley, Maine, the Lazy Eye II is located in Smith Cove. This secluded area offers the peace & tranquility you're after for your next vacation in Maine. Inside you will find three bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements that will accomodate eight people. the Open Concept Living room and kitchen are a great place to relax after a long day of adventures on the lake . From swimming odd the sock to frilling on the porch, it would be hard ton find a better spot than the Lazy Eye II. For more information or to book this cabin, visit rangeleylakehouses.com

Rangeley Maine | Maine's Western Mountains Region [4K UHD]
Rangeley Maine like you've never seen it before. Maine's Western Mountains and Lakes Region offers unparalleled scenery. One of Maine's great hidden scenic treasures. Home to several of Maine's 4,000 plus foot mountains. This film was shot throughout the fall, winter, and spring months and finishes it off with one of the areas premier events in the winter: Snodeo. If you're planning on visiting New England in the near future, add Rangeley to your list!
I also shoot many photographs from the region and you can find those on my website or my Facebook page at:

Rangeley Scenic Byway - Route 4, Maine
Home to magnificent lakes, mountains, and rivers, the Rangeley Lakes Scenic Byway provides spectacular views as it winds through the mountains of Maine.
Start at Smalls Falls on Route 4 and pass through valleys and over hills before dropping into the village of Rangeley. From the shores of Rangeley Lake, which is the centerpiece of 112 interconnected lakes and ponds scattered throughout the region, continue along Route 17 to the Height of Land. Heading in a southerly direction, the road follows streams and canyons before giving way to the open fields and farms in the river valley. Along the way, the byway passes over 33,000 acres of conserved public access lands, offering scenic beauty and recreational opportunities for all seasons.
