Godzilla 1954/Godzilla King Of The Monsters 1956
Godzilla (ゴジラ Gojira?) is a 1954 tokusatsu kaiju film produced by Toho Company Ltd., the first installment in the Godzilla series, as well as the Showa series. It also shares continuity with the Heisei series and several films from the Millennium series.
The film was initially released to Japanese theaters on November 3, 1954. It was then released to American theaters as Godzilla, King of the Monsters! on April 27, 1956.
A sequel to the film was released shortly after in the year 1955 under the name Godzilla Raids Again.
