Zeltini missile base, Latvia (Trailer 2)
This base located in the far northeast of Latvia is the most well-preserved of the three bases in this area.
Back in the Soviet times the base was armed with 4 medium-range ballistic missiles P-12 and Р-12У equipped with thermonuclear warheads with the blast capacity of one megaton. To help you imagine the power of the war machine that awaited the western imperialists at this base, let’s take both nuclear weapons detonated over Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, combine them and multiply by roughly 25. And they had four of these. Sounds quite scary, right?

SKRUNDA-1: the Ghost Town of the Baltics
Skrunda-1, once a secret military settlement now a ghost town, used to accommodate around 2,500 inhabitants and was operational from the early 60s till the late 90s when following the withdrawal of Russian military from Latvia it was left completely deserted.

In 1994 the telecast of Unknown Universe was shown on television in Riga, Latvia. The records with healing sessions hold by sisters -- Ludmila Puterbrot and Anna Borodina were presented there. One of the televiewers contacted with the Noosphere informative field after watching this program. By automatic writing, she received 24 pages of text, diagrams, charts and formulas in an unknown language.
After years of attempts to decode these texts, the information was partly explained.
It became clear that this language is Sensar. It was spoken by people during times of Atlantis and Lemuria to contact with extraterrestrial civilizations.
The scheme of nine stepped pyramid is shown in texts. At each of its planes there are hieroglyphics. We supposed that they are sonograms, a special form of sound graphic recording. Such science as Cymatics studies how the sounds produce the symbols, and vice versa, each symbol produces sound. Torsion field physics tells us that every symbol radiates a nonlinear torsion field. So, summing up, the nine steps of the pyramid radiate certain vibrations. Each step of the pyramid corresponds to the number. The pronunciation of certain number activates the vibration of corresponding step of pyramid. It was received the numerical cosmomatrix (complex of numbers) to activate the certain order of radiation of the pyramid. As the result, a tourbillon appears and pulls in the pyramid the surrounding area and clears it from the negative.
This pyramid is called Noosphere Corrective Module. It is built into one of the units of the Planetary lattice, the base of Global pyramid system. This system purifies the Noosphere from the negative. Especially the global system is activated at the time of planetary cycles changing.
Noosphere Corrective Module is a timer that activates at the right time, pyramids and other sacred formations, standing in the units of the Planetary grids.
