Cherry Blossoms in Kyoto 2017 | 京都の桜 ( 4K ) [CineWalk03]
Cherry Blossoms in Kyoto, only 2 weeks they outbloom in a year. Shot at Takanogawa River, Reisen dori Street, Kawabata Nijo Street, Gion Shirakawa, Philosopher's Walk and Okazaki Canal in three days. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but I could make the film mystical atmosphere without bright blue sky.
京都の桜の名所、高野川河川敷、冷泉通り、川端二条、祇園白川、哲学の道、岡崎疏水を3日かけて撮影してきました。あいにくの曇り続きでしたが、青空との対比でギラギラしなかったので全体的に神秘的な雰囲気にすることができました。

Spending half day in Arashiyama.
Wake up early in the morning (5:30am) - prepare ourself - take public bus from Senbonmarutamachi Bus Stop to Nonomiya Bus Stop (about 28 mins to reach). I would recommend to take bus in Kyoto because bus can go almost every where with very little walk.
Visit:
1. Bamboo Grove
2. Tenryuji Temple (天龍寺) 8:30am - 5:30pm
3. Togetsukyo Bridge
4. Arashiyama Park
Eat in Arashiyama:
1. 嵯峨豆腐三忠
2. Unagi Hirokawa (廣川)
Back to Central Kyoto. Take bus from Arashiyama Park to Nishiki Market. Accidentally found Nanaya Matcha while walking to Nishiki Market. We don't plan it (because we din't know) but we found it, means we must try on it.
Eat:
1. Nanaya Matcha (10am - 6pm)
2. Nishiki Market (9:30am - 6pm)
3. 串焼 満天 (weekday 5:30pm - 11pm, weekend 5pm - 11pm)

Our last day in Japan and we are in Nara. Before heading to Nara deer park to pet the bowing deer ( we stop off at Edogawa Naramachi for some grilled eel, sashimi, tempura, traditional Japanese pickles, and seafood custard.
The building at Edogawa Naramachi is nice. Beautiful ambiance and decor.
The food was just ok though. Our Eel was dry and the tempura was soggy. The sashimi, egg custard and Japanese pickles where nice though.

I went to Chion In Temple, Mt Higashi, Shogunzuka and Yasaka Shrine at Kyoto. I haven't bought a gimbal, so I cut out so many unstable footages. I learned that you shouldn't walk w/t gimbal when you are shooting video.
