1 week of fun in #Hiroshima #Japan with Asta, Glenn, and Yosh. ???? ???? ⛩ ????. There are many things to do in this city. There's another UNESCO World Heritage Site you can visit that is an hour away from Hiroshima (watch the video to find out). ????
The Hiroshima today is extremely different from the Hiroshima that history books had painted in our collective minds — a forlorn war-torn city, crippled by the explosion of the atomic bomb. Today, the city rises with modern infrastructures and flourishes with commercial establishments downtown.

This time I had an opportunity to visit Hiroshima, Japan, where I was always curious of what it is like.
From the famous Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki to Hiroshima peace memorial museum, the city has many things for you to see and experience, taking you to a totally different side of the world.
With this video, I hope it can assist you in planning on your trip and getting out of Tokyo and Kyoto, two cities that are most of the time visited by travelers to Japan.

This weekend we decided to go to Hiroshima and Miyajima Island. It was exciting to see another part of Japan and experience a bigger city.
I am living in Japan for two months and student teaching at a local elementary school here in Matsuyama.

Hiroshima Day 7/7 เที่ยวฮิโรชิม่าตอนที่ 7/7
เนื้อหาตอนสุดท้ายแล้ว ก็ตรงกับวันเที่ยวในช่วงสุดท้ายของทริปพอดีค่ะ ซึ่งเราเห็นป้ายตามถนนแล้วหล่ะ ว่าจะมีงานนี้ Toukasan 2018 (Yukata) Festival เป็นงานประจำปี จัดต่อเนื่องกัน 3 วัน เริ่มวันแรกคือวันศุกร์ที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2561 ก็คืองานศาลเจ้านั่นเอง หนุ่มสาวก็ใส่ชุดยูกาตะมาเดินในงานกัน ซึ่งเราก็เดินเก็บตกช็อปปิ้งกันวันสุดท้ายทั้งวัน ก็ได้เห็นบรรยากาศร้านรวงริมถนนเริ่มมาตั้งขายของกันตลอดทางเท้าของถนน Chuo Dori สองข้างทาง ดูคึกคัก ไปจนถึงตรอกหลังห้าง Parco และถนนโดยรอบค่ะพอตกเย็นก็ได้ลองซื้ออาหารแผงลอยมากินด้วย กินหลายๆ อย่างสนุกดี
คนเริ่มเยอะคึกคักยิ่งดึก มีการปิดถนน Chuo Dori คนเดินเต็มถนน แล้วก็ออกมาตีกลอง ร่ายรำ สนุกสนาน มีเพื่อนออกมาเดิน แต่เราไม่ได้ออกมาค่ะ เอาบรรยกาศช่วงบ่ายกับเย็นมาฝากกัน
มาถึงขั้นตอนวันเดินทางกลับกันบ้างค่ะ เราต้องไปถึงสนามบินให้ทันเครื่องออก 9.00 น. ศึกษาเหมือนตอนมา ก็คือ ตอนกลับเราต้องไปที่ สถานี JR Hiroshima Station (ฝั่ง Shinkansen Exit หรือ North Exit) จุดเดิมที่เราลงรถบัส Airport Limousine Bus นั่นแหละค่ะ โดยป้ายรถจะเป็นป้ายหมายเลข 5 นะคะ ที่เสาจะเขียนไว้ชัดเจนเลยว่าเป็นป้ายรถไป Hiroshima Airport ซึ่งเรากลัวตกเครื่อง เลยมาถามก่อนวันให้แน่ใจกับเจ้าหน้าที่ในสถานีตรงจุดบริการ เค้าก็อธิบายว่าให้มาที่ป้ายหมายเลข 5 ได้เลย ซื้อตั๋วที่ป้ายได้เลย จากตู้อัตโนมัติค่ะ ส่วนตารางการเดินรถที่เสาก็มีแปะไว้นะ

I spent two days in Hiroshima visiting the atomic bomb dome, the peace memorial park, Miyajima island, Hiroshima castle and Shukkei-en historic gardens. Enjoy!!
Trip to Hiroshima & Miyajima | Japan Travel Vlog
We visited Hiroshima, the city that was a-bombed during world war II. We visited Hiroshima Castle and the Hiroshima Peace park and Peace museum.
Later we went to the island Miyajima, famous for its giant torii gate, which at high tide seems to float on the water.

Solo Trip to Japan: In Love with Hiroshima Already | Japaniku episode 17 (Ikutree)
On my way to Hiroshima! Travel videos are usually a little less exciting but they're part of the adventure nonetheless!
I had some time left after traveling from Osaka to Hiroshima so after settling into my Airbnb and because it was such a GORGEOUS day outside (rainy days make you cherish the sunny ones), I went for a walk around Hiroshima and immediately fell in love with it. Every city in Japan so far has had it's own vibe and atmosphere and the one I got from Hiroshima was so peaceful.
Can't wait to show you more!! Stay tuned!
Last October, I went on my very first solo trip all the way to my dream destination: Japan (!) with the firm intention of documenting my voyage as much as I could to share with you guys.
I hope that you'll enjoy discovering Japan through my lens and that I can motivate some of you to take that leap and to travel alone. If my shy bunny butt can do it, so can you! I'll be going from Tokyo through Osaka, Kyoto and Nara down to Hiroshima, Miyajima and Okunoshima before heading back to Tokyo but not without taking a brief day trip to Hakone before I fly back to Brussels.
I have TONS of footage to get through so bear with me and stay tuned for many more episodes of Japaniku!
