Anyways, this is the glass elevator in this shopping mall where I filmed the internal elevators from last year. The view into the atrium is AMAZING!!!! It was kind of busy though. Being that said, enjoy the video as there are not more to say about it. Installed in the late 90's.

Filmed on June 6, 2017: This is another service elevator with a center-opening door instead of 2-speed. Also, I did not even realize that there were more floors serving in this building. In addition, I have to crouch down my body to press the DOOR CLOSE button. This was filmed before I filmed the passenger ones in the high-rise bank. Installed in 2004.

Filmed on June 6, 2017: My cousin & I were exploring in this building until I spotted this elevator. There were no signs stating that we can't ride it, so I took this thing for a spin. Also, the staff in this building did not care either! :D Installed in 2004.

Mini Tour of the BEAUTIFUL Historic Astor Hotel in Tianjin, China, with elevator ride!
Filmed on May 26, 2018: Here we take a mini tour of this GORGEOUS old Historic Astor Hotel! This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever been in. The original wing was built in 1863, and the new wing was built in 1984. During the time I filmed this, there were crowds of people (mostly in the courtyard) because they were preparing for a wedding, but still I got a good enough mini tour video this beauty. The elevators are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AS WELL! The fixtures have been modernized, but tastefully done so I am not upset about that. But BIGGEST attraction of the elevators are the beautiful old-fashioned cabs! Although modded, still this is what I call a REAL elevator. I think all the sets of elevators in this whole facility were installed in 1984 (prior to when the new wing was built). Also, we conclude the tour by seeing the old historic manually controlled elevator that was installed in 1923 (the oldest elevator in the city made by Otis). Sadly, it was locked; still, I got an amazing look at it. With that said, enjoy the video! :D

Schindler Scenic Elevators-Shangxiajiu Street Mall-Time Square-Guangzhou, China
This is such a cool part of the city! This mall is in the middle of Shangxiajiu shopping street, which is just a huge street full of shops and restaurants. There are so many stores and lots of other things to do besides shop. I explored this street until midnight and it was still bustling about. I decided to film these at night just because the lights make everything much cooler. These are Schindler MRL elevators with D-Series fixtures and loud brakes. Let the Guangzhou videos begin!

Unknown Traction Dumbwaiters at Shi-Teng Hotel in Beijing, China
Filmed on May 28, 2018: Stumbled across these while I stopped in to explore the hotel after my mom and I came out of the swimming pool with my aunt that is 2 blocks away, so I figured why I film this. Special thanks to the hotel staff for allowing us to check these out. Sorry that my camera couldn't focus into the shaft, but at least you saw the elevator car moving in the shaft during the middle of this video. I did not film the main elevators because they are just basic kind with stainless steel cab interiors (almost a little similar to the First Hotel in Tianjin I filmed, except those are Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators similar to the ones I filmed at Peking Duck Restaurant). With that said, enjoy the video! I do not know what year these were installed.

INCREDIBLY BUSY! Mitsubishi Traction Elevators at Hanshin Arena Shopping Plaza in Koahsiung, Taiwan
Filmed on May 10, 2018: These are the most incredibly busy elevators that I have ever witnessed! Equally as crowded than I could remember. I have waited 2-3 minutes for one elevator to come; that was why I cut off the wait times in this video. You can also see I got a very little view of the cab because people are fixing to crowd in when I was getting on the elevator car. Actually, I tried blurring out the faces that was shown in the mirror on the COP (control operating panel), but it's TOO COMPLICATED to do so and it could also block off the view of the fixtures making a VERY BAD view. Speaking of the fixtures, these got the touch buttons which I had never seen on a Mitsubishi before. However, you'd have to mash the button down hard with your finger. Being that said, let's ride these awesomeness, shall we? Installed in 2008.

Schindler fireman lift at Chinatown point
I filmed this lift in the building,as it has survived the refurbishment scheme that all the other lifts had,and the very nice glass Schindler M series got removed.Awesome touch-sensetive buttons on the outside,but it has pressured M series buttons on the inside.This lift was basically given a repaint and paddings fitted.Floors served:B2-B1*,1-25 Capacity:1020kg15persons Manufacturer:Schindler History:Original with slight modifications
