Established in April 28th, 2002 and renovated in April, 2006, the hotel is near to the new government. Jiashike shopping mall, Yangguang store, Carrefour and Hisense plaza are all around. There are also Wusi plaza, music plaza, Yunxiao road dining street and Taidong Pedestrian Street.
The hotel boasts 110 guestrooms and suites of different kinds. There are big, small and middle size conference rooms, business center, flavor restaurant and deluxe dining box. In addition, the recreation equipment includes multifunctional hall, multimedia room, ground parking lot, ping-pong room, gym house and chess room.

저는 상해, 북경, 광저우는 대학시절 다녀온 적이 있는데 웨이하이에서 가까운 칭다오는 이번이 처음이었어요!
웨이하이보다는 도시규모가 크지만
상해나 북경만큼 미세먼지가 심하지도 않고
너무 붐비지도 않아서 정말 좋았어요!

China’s Wanda Sells Theme Parks To Sunac In $9.3 Billion Deal
SFgate has reported that Dalian Wanda Group’s dreams of becoming China’s answer to Disney are fizzling. The company, led by Wang Jianlin, is selling 13 Tourism City projects, including theme parks, and 76 hotels to real-estate developer Sunac China Holdings Limited in a $9.3 billion deal. The deal, said to be the second-biggest real-estate deal in China, is supposed to be completed before July 31st, but the brands, development plans and operations of the properties will remain unchanged. Wanda will remain responsible for the projects’ operations management.
