Winnipeg Commute: Charleswood to Portage & Main Bike Ride
This 15 km bike ride took me about 40 minutes. Check out this video of a morning commute from Charleswood (suburb of Winnipeg, Manitoba) to Portage & Main in the downtown. A camera was mounted on my helmut and it comes across a bit shaky and dark at times, especially at first, but the quality is good enough to get a sense of the natural and green route through parks, historic sites and along rivers. The route starts from Charleswood and goes through the Assiniboine Forest and Assiniboine Park (at 1100 acres one of the largest in Canada), down Wellington Cr., over the Assiniboine river to the neighbourhood of Wolseley, down the Cornish trail to the river trail, past the Manitoba Legislative building to the Forks National Historic Site to the junction of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers, continuing along the river trail (across from the French Quarter), past the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, under the Esplanade Riel (bridge) and past Shaw baseball park to Waterfront Drive, along the bike path through Stephen Juba to the Exchange District (National Historic Site) to the epicentre of Winnipeg at Portage & Main.

WINNIPEG CANADA..BEST PLACES
Winnipeg is the capital of the Canadian province of Manitoba. Its heart is The Forks, a historic site at the intersection of the Red and Assiniboine rivers, with warehouses converted to shops and restaurants, plus ample green space dedicated to festivals, concerts and exhibits. Nearby, the Exchange District is known for itswell-preserved, early 20th-century architecture and numerous art galleries.

Sights of Canada (Winnipeg MB)
A montage of pictures while I visited Winnipeg for the first time. I recommend Winnipeg as a Trip/visit for its Vast Entertainment opportunities, such as The Assiniboine Zoo, The Canada Mint Tour, The Manitoba Museum, The Manitoba Museum's Planetarium, The Forks and Lower Fort Garry, Human Rights Museum was an Interesting Building, but the Museum itself holds little to no artefacts.

A quick walk in the Exchange District, Winnipeg Manitoba
I am Justin Garychuk, part owner of Reassured Lifestyle Designs, and I took a quick hour walk in the Exchange District in downtown Winnipeg, seeing a couple great stores and meeting some very interesting people. The stores include hutK and Jose and Markham, some very interesting stores, with a modern yet vintage/classic look, which is a very classy look. These are the only 2 stores I checked out today, but I definitely will be checking out a lot more stores in the Exchange District, it was an all around great experience and I recommend checking these places and the surrounding area out to anyone.
