Raufoss Public Library
The library in Raufoss, principal town of the municipality of Vestre Toten in Norway, is housed in a building back to the late 1970s.
Both the premises and their contents were in need of an update. The library's ambition was that the building should encourage people to read and discover its collections.
This is reflected in the investment in presentation and display. Furniture from Lammhults Library Design helps stimulate curiousity and a desire to read.
The shelving system is Impex, complemented by display furnishings from Opening the Book. In order to create a good environment for listening to talking books and music, Luna sound chairs have been placed strategically throughout the library.

Homer Center JHSH Bi-Weekly Newscast Entry
Zero Intelligence is a video made by my friend Jon and I for our media class. We are hoping that this video will become the introduction video for our school's new Bi-weekly newscast, Wild Cast (our mascot is a Wildcat).
It took us a week (in class) to make.
I know that I made an error in the credits. The guy that wrote/recorded the song is Ian Dorsch.
The song Zero Punctuation Theme is owned by Ian Dorsch and Ben Yahtzee Croshaw. I am in no way trying to make any money or publicity off of using this song.
The program we used was Sony Vegas. We used a Sony video camera and a Panasonic video camera (I forgot the exact models)
Feel free to leave your opinions :)
Lewis chessmen
The Lewis chessmen are a group of 12th-century chess pieces, along with other gaming pieces, most of which are carved in walrus ivory. Discovered in 1831 on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, they may constitute some of the few complete, surviving medieval chess sets, although it is not clear if a set as originally made can be assembled from the pieces. When found, the hoard contained 93 artifacts: 78 chess pieces, 14 tablemen and one belt buckle. Today, 82 pieces are owned and usually exhibited by the British Museum in London, and the remaining 11 are at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.
