I went to a Shinto Temple today, then to Fukuyama-jo! It was a nice day spent bike-riding through town. :)

Ayame Girls at Hyozu Matsuri 2010 兵主祭 あやめ神輿
Among the 35+ portable shrines paraded during the Hyozu Festival in Yasu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan, two are carried only by women. They are called Ayame, meaning iris flowers. One is a portable shrine (mikoshi) and the other is a taiko drum. The festival is held annually on May 5 at Hyozu Taisha Shrine. Photos:

I made my way to the Naritasan Gardens and the Shinsho-ji Temple, what an experience! I may also have cried seeing the Sakura but that came crashing down when my eyes started stinging #TimeForANewEyeliner LOL
Also, if anyone has any tips on securing some plush toys from the Games plazas holla at me, We suck and now I want revenge on those machines haha

I thought I would do something different for the intro, I'm not too sure how I feel about it though haha. I couldn't get the right title, it took my long than expected.
