This trail is enchanting, riding horses on an adventure around two stunning glacial fed lakes, Wanaka and Hawea. Riders enjoy a unique barge trip across Lake Wanaka with the horses. We ride through four iconic stations and take a peep through the window of these incredible peoples lives. All are working stations and often we see sheep musters, dog work, stags with incredible heads and the owners gladly share their experiences with us of an evening.
