Huatulco Diving November
lifeuw.com
The Bays of Huatulco are located in the state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico on the Pacific coast. This hidden Mexican jewel boasts 9 different bays that have great diving and year round warm weather. The visibility ranges from 30-100 feet.
There are many dive sites to choose from, yet most of them are only accessible by boat. We dove in November 2015 and the water was 85 degrees even at 100 feet deep! Ocean conditions continually change, but the water is always warm.
Highlights: Lots of rays underwater and jumping on the surface, a cool looking nudibranch and seeing a 15+ ft Giant Oceanic Manta Ray at the end of our first dive!
Dive Sites: Morros Maguey, Isla San Agustin, La Grieta, La Entrega
Ideal for viewing: Lots of different rays, coral reefs, turtles, eels, schooling surgeonfish, balloonfish and pufferfish.
Had a good experience on our couple dives with the crew at Huatulco Dive Center. huatulcodivecenter.com

Huatulco Mexico offered some really nice dive spots! The first spot was about 35' and cloudy so we moved to just off the beach in about 15' of water, the video was of that dive, beautiful !

We went diving with Ana and Luca at Huatulco Dive Center in Huatulco, Mexico. They were great guides and managed to find this giant manta ray on one of our dives.

Discovery Dive - Perfect for uncertified Divers!
This is a course focused on people who have never dived before and are interested in getting to know the wonderful underwater world of Huatulco Mexico. In this course we learn the necessary techniques to be able to reach a depth of 10-12 m (30-40 ft), always accompanied by an instructor. The only requirements you have to fulfill is being in good health and not suffering heart and/or respiratory problems.
For the development of this course, it is only necessary to watch a 25-minute video, fill out a couple of forms, take a short questionnaire about what you have learned in the video and sign a response form. Then we will familiarize ourselves with the scuba diving equipment, and begin to practice in confined waters (pool/reef La Entrega). For the dive, we will start from the beach La Entrega (place privileged to have the largest reef on the coast of Oaxaca and protected by buoys), where we will walk in and increase the depth step by step. Your diving adventure will take approximately 40 to 45 minutes. As a bonus, we will document your discovery dive with photos and videos, and deliver you access to the files after the trip.
