There are three major parts: The first part takes the Huaxi River as the main tour line, where more than 20 attractions, such as Tianhetan Scenic Spot and Shili Hetan Scenic Spot, spread along the 20-km-long beach; Tianhetan Scenic Area and Shili Hetan (Ten-li Riverbank) Wetland Park; the second part is the Qingyan Ancient Town mainly featuring architectures of the Ming and Qing dynasties; the third part are Gaopo and Qiantao towns and other touristic areas that integrate natural landscapes with ethnic customs.

Guiyang Gaopo, a relaxing place not afar
Starting from Guiyang to drive about 1 hour, the altitute will suddenly rise from 1,000 meters to 1,500 meters. This is Gaopo (高坡), meaning high slope.
