Concert on Ancient Chinese Instruments at Hubei Provincial Museum in China
A concert on reproductions of ancient Chinese musical instruments, including the tuned bells unearthed from the tomb of Marquis Yi of the Zeng State (died about 433 B.C.). The musicians are in historical costumes of the time. The announcer speaks in both Chinese and English. This concert is performed several times a week at the Hubei Provincial Museum.

Wuhan (China), Apr 27 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a two-day visit for an informal summit was welcomed by Chinese President Xi Jinping at Hubei Provincial Museum in Wuhan on Friday. PM Modi is expected to discuss bilateral issues with the Chinese President and narrow down the differences between two Asian giants. Prime Minister Modi is in Wuhan for a period of 24 hours. Later, dinner will be hosted by the Chinese President for PM Modi at East Lake Guest House in central Wuhan.

Musical Instruments at the Hubei Provincial Museum
While we were in China, we had the good fortune to see a performance featuring the instruments unearthed in the tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng. This was at the Hubei Provincial Museum in Wuhan, China. The performers were exceptional, especially the dancer.
