Huizhou Ancient City | She County | China（歙县 - 徽州古城）
Huizhou ('Hui' in short), a historical region on the boundary between today's Anhui and Jiangxi Provinces, consists of six counties - Shexian, Yixian, Xiuning, Qimen, Jixi and Wuyuan. Huizhou Ancient City is the core scenic area of Shexian County in Huangshan and features a distinctive local culture. It is also the birthplace of the Huizhou merchants, a famous business group in China that flourished in the late Ming Dynasty (1368 – 1644). It is one of China's four well-preserved old cities, together with Lijiang Old Town (in Yunnan Province), Ancient City of Pingyao (in Shanxi Province), and Langzhong Ancient City (in Sichuan Province).

HUIZHOU TOURISM | LECTURE
I can't believe I'm only just posting this video! I put it together a while ago in China with a view to showing it in some fashion as 'Huizhou through my eyes'.. Anyway I was asked to give a lecture in November on Photography and it's place in travel / tourism, centred around my own experiences. So, that's exactly what I did. - Here's the video, which isn't properly stabilised - but beautiful all the same!

Cruising a Motorbike in Huizhou 惠州, China (HD 1080p Helmet-cam)
Words can't really describe what it's like riding a motorcycle in China. But I once said, it's like playing Asteroids and the winner makes it home alive. Well, here's some footage I shot using a Panasonic HD mini-camcorder I mounted to the front of my helmet while driving around the city I live in. I ride everyday and there's never a dull moment, just complete awareness.
