Friendly Dolphin at Whyalla Marina
From the Hummock Hill lookout we saw a pod of Dolphins swimming in the Marina. By the time we got down there, there was still one friendly dolphin swimming right up to the floating jetty and Millie was lucky enough to touch it.

*Iron Knob was surveyed in 1844 and settled in the late 1870s when minerals began to be mined and eventually Hummock Hill was used as a temporary port, and Hummock Hill adopted a name change in 1914 to Whyalla.
