BACK ON THE COAST - Sennen to Pendeen Watch - West Cornwall SWCP
Trev is back to West Cornwall for more hiking and wild camping on the South West Coast Path between Sennen Cove and Pendeen Watch.
An epic two-day hike and wild camp starts here, as Trev continues his quest to complete the South West Coast Path - today starting at Sennen Cove, he plans to hike all the way to St Ives over some Severe territory, and wild camping somewhere in between. Taking in sites such as Cape Cornwall he aims to camp somewhere near Pendeen watch.

William Reddaway and horse Strider arrive at Exeter Cathedral on epic 2,500 journey
Retired estate manager William Reddaway is riding his horse 2,500 miles around the UK and visiting 30 cathedrals to raise money for charity.
He set off from Farncombe Estate on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border In May and here arrives at Exeter Cathedral.
It is hoped the journey will raise £250,000 - £100 per mile - for two charities.

Club Fearless Co-Founders Scott Goodknight and Stephanie Hunter get a lesson in flight from world champion hang glider pilot Derreck Turner at Florida Ridge Hang Gliding School.
DESCRIPTION:
Hang Gliding is a sport in which brave individuals strap themselves to a lightweight, non motorized aircraft and soar through the air like an eagle.
Experts say that flying a hang glider is the closest experience human beings can have to actual flight like a bird.
Like tandem Skydiving, tandem hang gliding is a variation in which two people fly as one. Usually, students seeking to gain experience, but more recently, the activity has been opened up to anyone who has the desire and courage to do so.
Fears to overcome: The fear of heights (Acrophobia) the fear of falling (Basophobia) the fear of trusting others (Pistanthrophobia)
Hiking From Croyde Bay to Saunton Beach (Great views & Abandoned Farm House)
I was down in the south west of England in North Devon visiting family and I decided to take a day out and go on a little adventure. This is part two of how I spent my day..
After finishing rock climbing down in Croyde I decided to take a hike through the maze of hedgerows and up to top fields and over the hill to Saunton sands. This walk is very scenic with some lovely views of Croyde bay and Saunton sand and the burrows. On route I came across and abounded farm house the was a bit of a old ruin which made for a interesting look around before I headed down the rest of the hill to finish this part of my journey at Saunton sands.
