This day was so hot, you can see me hiding under the only shade near the stone circles which was perfect for me.
There are 3 stone circles (maybe four according to geophysics test) which make up the Hurlers. My spotter CamSump who has no fear of the sun was stood in the circles with his Quadcopter talking to a nice couple on holiday also checking out this strange and beautiful area.

Hurlers stone circles to The Cheesewring via Daniel Gumms cave house. 22/11/17
A walk with Cathy to the Cheesewring Bodmin moor, From The Hurlers stone circles up the remains of The Liskeard and Caradon railway (1844). A quick stop for Cathy at Daniel Gumms cave house, yes he lived there in 1735 with a wife and 9 yes thats 9 children, A skilled stone cutter and mathematician. Then on up to the Cheesewring, a granite tor atop Stowes hill Minions.

St Cleer Holy Well
St Cleer Holy Well is on Well Lane in the village of St Cleer, near Liskeard in Cornwall. The well building was built in the 15th century over an ancient holy well but was restored in 1864. The building is built out of granite and is one of the most impressive well buildings in Cornwall. There is also a cross next to it, also made out of granite, which is 9 feet high.
'Mad' people would be taken to the well and would be immersed into the water. This would happen frequently to try to cure them.
Unique Duloe Stone Circle Cornwall
Video film of this enigmatic and unusual small stone circle.Duloe is unique in some ways as the size,shape and colour of the stones make it so.Video taken in late winter.White stones are said to relate to the moon worship and goodess moon by some writers.There is a white quartz stone at Boscowen Un stone circle which possibly supports this hypothesis.
This circle is best visited in summer and spring when the ground is dry.We obviously have to visit out of season so that the sites are not co-visited by strangers who may object to being shown on youtube.
