Enjoy beautiful pictures of the nature and landscape of Svalbard as well as footage of polar bear families. Unfortunately the polar bears were very far away (between 800 - 1500 meters). Therefore please excuse the picture noise in the video.

POLAR BEAR CRUISE! Spitsbergen/Svalbard
A one week circumnavigation around Spitbergen with Hurtigruten in Svalbard is a great cruise voyage to see polar bears!
The high arctic has a lot to offer and the landscapes are perfect for photography. We managed to see polar bears, arctic fox, whales, reindeer and walrus!

Finally the dream comes true! We have gone on a arctic cruise around Spitzbergen (Svalbard), the closest land to the North Pole. We went aboard the Hurtigruten MS Nordstjernen exploration vessel to join the 80th parallel north.
What did we see? Fjords, giant glaciers, icebergs, polar bears, whales, walruses, the midnight sun, everything that characterizes the wonderful polar landscapes and wildlife.

Christmas & New Year on HURTIGRUTEN in Norway!
Celebrating Christmas & New Year on Hurtigruten is a special experience. The winter time is perfect to observe a real Arctic landscape and Northern lights! This Voyage (22/12/2016 - 02/01/2017) was a very special one for me as my sister was with me and as it was my last Voyage in Norway!
This country will always continue to amaze me and I am glad i got to experience it for a year!
Now I'm off to new Adventures!

The best Northern Lights Voyage EVER with Hurtigruten in NORWAY!
This Voyage (25/09/2016 - 05/10/2016) on Ms Nordnorge from Hurtigruten was filled with extremely active Northern Lights displays. The Aurora amazed us more than 5 nights on an 11 day Voyage! On top of Lady Aurora, we had fantastic sunrises/sunsets and all kinds of weather.
I will never get enough of the Arctic and the mysterious elusive Auroras!
