It is almost one month that I have known this place and this is the fourth time that I have come here. It is very nice. In comparison to Shahrvand(an Iranian chain store), because I used to go shopping there, I should say that the prices here are lower and the quality is higher.

it (Hyperstar) is a branch of one of Dubai-based chain stores and it is said that on the very first day of its inauguration, it had broken sales record despite the fact that many people didn''t know about it and there was no commercials on TV or advertising in newspapers. People have warmly welcomed it and it will be even better in the future because Iranian people didn''t have the chance in the past to go shopping in such a place with a high variety of goods and stuff.

I guess it is a high class shopping centre, hypermarket, and of course, it is very convenient for all customers because all together in one place. So you don''t have to spend much time walking around bazaar. And you know, and also I can say that the quality of food stuff is very high.

Sa'adat Abad (Persian: سعادت‌آباد) is a rich and luxury neighborhood located in northwestern Tehran. The most luxury 5star hotel in tehran the Espinas palace hotel is located in this neighbourhood. It has good air quality, because it is located so nearly by Alborz mountains. Saadat Abad is also close to the Evin district.

BamLand is the newest shopping mall in Tehran, which has an amazing architecture. It is located in the west of Tehran, off to Chitgar Lake. There are many shops with most brands, many restaurants and cafes, all with a beautiful view to the lake, It is not just a shopping mall, but it's also a great place to walk, relax and enjoy the evening.
Chitgar Lake is an artificial and recreational lake located to the north of Chitgar Park in northwestern Tehran, Iran.
Also known as the Lake of the Martyrs of the Persian Gulf, the complex has a total area of around 250 hectares; 130 hectares across the lake and 120 hectares on its coastal zone and resorts.
About 80% of the body of water comes from Kan Creek, and the remaining 20% comes from central areas and surface runoffs of the district.

دریاچه چیتگر یا دریاچه شهدای خلیج فارس دریاچه‌ای مصنوعی است که در شمال غرب تهران و منطقه ۲۲ شهرداری تهران واقع شده‌است. مساحت این دریاچه ۱۳۰ هکتار است و در مجاورت آن ۱۲۰ هکتار مجموعه تفریحی نیز در پهنه خشکی ایجاد شده‌است. دریاچه چیتگر در شمال پارک جنگلی چیتگر قرار گرفته و جنوب دریاچه به بزرگراه همدانی، شمال آن به بزرگراه همت، شرق آن به بزرگراه آزادگان می‌رسد و از غرب به بافت مسکونی منطقه ۲۲ شهرداری تهران محدود می‌باشد. منبع تأمین آب دریاچه رودخانه کن می‌باشد و به واسطه سیکل بسته و ایزوله سامانه انتقال آب آن هیچگونه آب دیگری وارد سیلاب‌های فصلی و همچنین تغذیه سفره‌های آب زیرزمینی گردد.
مرکز خرید باملند در کنار دریاچه چیتگر قرار دارد. در این مرکز خرید بزرگ و مدرن، علاوه بر فروشگاه‌های برندهای بزرگ، تعداد زیادی رستوران و کافه هم افتتاح شده است که می‌توانید برای رستوران‌گردی به آن‌ها سر بزنید.

The Iran Mall is the world's largest shopping mall as of 2019 (still partially under construction) located in northwest Tehran by Chitgar Lake. Its first of two phases opened in 2018 and occupies an area of 1.4 million square meters. The first phase includes 700 shops, a 20,000 square meter hypermarket, a fashion avenue, a diamond and crystal atrium, three food courts with more than 200 restaurants, a 3,300 square meter book garden with 67,000 volumes of books and several book stores, a cinema complex with 12 IMAX cinemas as well as a state-of-the-art 2,000-seat theater, a family entertainment center with a roofed amusement park, a museum, art galleries, a permanent car showroom, an Iranian Bazaar, and three hotels including a 5-star luxury hotel with 450 rooms, a 3,000-seat conference hall, a convention center, several galleries, and meeting and banquet facilities.
The roof of the mall serves as a sports complex with long routes for hiking, cycling, and public activities. It includes 15 sports fields, tennis courts, a 12,000 square meter ice rink and swimming pools
