2018年10月に韓国旅行した際に、成田空港でラウンジを利用しました。
元々は、羽田空港国際線の『TIAT LOUNGE』利用の為に作ったクレジットカード『MIカード』でしたが、成田空港でもこのクレカを利用して入れるラウンジがありました。
ラウンジ自体はとても簡易的なものでしたが、
無料で入れるなら利用してみても良いかもです。

To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down of what travellers have reported to us during their time at Tokyo Narita Airport.
What to Expect
The airport is divided into 3 terminals, T1, T2, and T3.
Terminal 3 houses low-cost carriers so the space is much smaller and the facilities more basic.
This airport is sleep-friendly with many modern Japanese conveniences, including clean facilities, lots of charging spots, and decent sleeping areas. Staff and security are tolerant of overnight guests, but you should be prepared to present ID and proof of your ongoing flight.

Where to Sleep
There’s not too many overnight travellers here. T1 is the most comfortable spot and security moves everyone to an area with benches and carpeting.
Travellers have used the benches near the restaurants after they closed; it’s unclear if this is the same area the security guards corral everyone.
Some travellers report that security staff did a routine check of passports and tickets to make sure everyone are travellers.
Lights are turned down at night.
T3 has a lot of bed-like couches.
For uninterrupted sleep, there are days rooms in the transit area, sleep pods in the public area and several nearby hotels that provide a hotel shuttle. See Airport Hotels in the airport guide below.

KAL Business Lounge - Location: Terminal 1, Airside, Satellite 2, 3rd Floor, near Gate 26. Hours: 7:45AM - 8:30PM (Daily).
United Club - Location: Airside, Satellite 3, gate 31. Showers are available. Lounge Access: Day passes are available for US$ 59 per person • United Club Membership.
Terminal 2
American Airlines Admirals Club - Location: Terminal 2, Airside, near Gate 71. Day passes are available. Lounge Access: Pay at the Door (US$ 50) • Admiral's Club Membership.
Qantas Business Lounge - Location: Satellite Building, 2nd Floor (entrance on 3rd floor). Lounge Access: Qantas Club Membership.

Free WiFi is available at Tokyo Narita airport. Connect to the “FreeWiFi-NARITA” network.

ANA Lounge at Tokyo Narita NRT (Satellite 4) - Walk-through
This video is about the ANA Lounge at Satellite 4 at Narita Airport. There is another ANA Lounge at Satellite 5. This is a large lounge with lots of amenities, as well as a little restaurant area. Pause the video to check out the menu. There is no business area, just a copier/printer. There is a smoking room directly behind the bar. Showers are available and need to be booked via a terminal near the lounge entrance.
To access this lounge you need to be flying in business or first class on a Star Alliance airline or be a Star Alliance Gold member flying on a same-day Star Alliance flight out of NRT.
