The Canadian Armed Forces held Community Day in Inuvik on Wednesday, August 26th, 2015.
The event was organized to thank the town for playing host to Operation Nanook, a yearly exercise completed in Canada's North.
There was a BBQ, an obstacle course for children, opportunities to view military trucks and helicopters, a Special Occasion Arctic Market and even a friendly ball hockey game.
Great fun was had by all!

Midnight
Sorry, the store is closed, and too bad if you need anything at midnight! In 2013, Reel Youth visited Inuvik, NT and facilitated issue-based claymation programs at the East Three Secondary School and a three-day scary movie program at the Inuvik Youth Centre. These films are the result of a lot of fun and hard work by Inuvik youth, and the support of the Inuvik Youth Centre and Northwest Territories office for Industry, Tourism and Investment.
