Tried some great Japanese wine at Ikeda Wine Castle

We recently went to Ikeda Wine Castle to try some delicious wines.
Located in central/East Tokachi, the area is famous for producing some of the best wines in Japan.
Admission is free of charge and there is ample parking, but remember to never drink and drive!

[Ikeda wine castle] Hokkaido Iketa Town Tourism spot 池田ワイン城
The official name of Ikeda Wine Castle is the name Ikeda grape vine wine research institute.
You can visit the underground ripening room where the wine is sleeping.
Barrel ripening, bottle ripening, sparkling wine making, and age wines seem to be seen.
When I go to the exhibition section, I think that it is possible to deepen the knowledge of wine in detail by the corner introducing wine production method and vine cultivation method.
On the slope on the south side of the wine castle, the tree of grapes of the variety Ikeda Town variety Kiyomi Yamasachi is planted.
Of course, if you wanted to see the wine, there is also a shopping space so please buy a delicious Tokachi wine and enjoy your wine at home slowly.
Autumn wine festival is held on the 1st Sunday of October every year.

池田ワイン城の正式名称は、 池田ブドウ・ブドウ酒研究所という名前です。
ワインが眠っている、地下熟成室を見学することができます。
樽熟成・瓶熟成・スパークリングワイン 製造・それに年代もののワインが見れるようです。
展示コーナーに行くと、ワインの製造方法やブドウの栽培方法を紹介しているコーナーがあり詳しくワインの知識を深めることができると思います。
ワイン城の南側の斜面には、池田町だけの品種「清舞」「山幸」のブドウの樹が植えられています。
もちろん、ワインを見て欲しくなったあなたはショッピングスペースもあるので美味しい十勝ワインを是非購入して、ご自宅でゆっくりとワインを楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。
毎年10月第1日曜日に『秋のワイン祭り』を開催しています。
美味しい食材とワインを楽しみに行ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

Ikeda Town in Hokkaido Tokachi has Ikeda Wine Castle.
Here, there is a factory tour that you can enjoy free from Tuesday to Friday.
Since the parking lot is in front of you, I think that it is a sightseeing spot that will drop in easily.
There seems to be a shopping space where you can buy wine in the direction of the building where you can visit the factory, and there are restaurants where you can eat, so you can take a break with a nice view of the Hidaka mountain range and the Tokachi plain I think.
北海道十勝にある池田町には、池田ワイン城があります。
ここでは、火曜日から金曜日の間に無料で楽しめる工場見学があります。
駐車場が目の前にありますので、気軽に立ち寄れる観光スポットだと思います。
工場見学できる建物の向へに、ワインを購入できるショッピングスペースや、食事もできる レストランもあるようですので、 自然の景色が綺麗な日高山脈や十勝平野を見て休憩がてらのんびりするのもいいと思います。

日本盛產普通的紅酒，廣受世界好評。其中最有名的還要算北海道產的「十勝紅酒」了。
十勝紅酒的產地位於北海道中川郡池田町，那裡曾是一個物資匱乏沒什麼特產的地方。西元1952年又不幸遭遇十勝沖地震。地震後的兩年間農作物產量劇減，池田町的財政也瀕臨破產。當時的町長「丸谷金保」為了重振經濟，發現山坡上野生的山葡萄即使是在寒冷的冬季生長卻依然旺盛。於是就決定利用這些山坡，試著開始種植葡萄釀造紅酒(資料摘自Yahoo)。
