Illinois River flood of April 2017 from the intersection of Highway 10 and highway 51 in Tahlequah, OK. This was 11 hours after the river crested at over 29ft.
Flood Waters of the Illinois River
December 25-28-2015, north east Oklahoma received 6+ inches of rain. this footage was taken at the Illinois River near Talequah on December 29. 10 miles of this river is used for recreational floating in canoes, tubes, rafts, etc...A dozen or more float resorts are along this part of the river. Major Damage to all the resorts and homes in the area. There were dozens maybe hundreds of canoes wrapped around trees, in trees, everywhere.

Despite being home to the largest winery in the world, the unemployment rate was nearly 13% in 2014. Modesto ranks number one in the country for car theft and out of 200,000 residents, up to 10,000 are reported to be gang members.

Home of Yale University, the surrounding areas of New Haven are impoverished and crime ridden. Nearly 68 crimes occur annually for every 1,000 residents.
3. Cleveland, Ohio
Aside from being one of the most corrupt cities in the country, Cleveland also has harsh weather conditions, with an average of 60 inches of snowfall each year.
2. Detroit, Michigan
The city is suffering from urban decay with over 32% of residents living below the national poverty line. According to FBI Reports, Detroit has the highest rate of violent crime of any city over 200,000.

We went fishing at Neosho River just below the Pensacola Dam in Disney, Oklahoma. We did catch a few slab crappies because the water is just too high and it is hard to catch crappies from shore.
Neosho River is a tributary of the Arkansas River in eastern Kansas and northeastern Oklahoma in the United States. Its tributaries also drain portions of Missouri and Arkansas. The river is about 463 miles (745 km) long, it is part of the Mississippi River watershed. Its name is an Osage word meaning clear water.
