Imaginal Acts Become Facts - Your Imagination Creates Reality - Neville Goddard
Neville Goddard discusses how imaginal acts become facts.
This talk has been restored, remastered and edited for audio clarity.
Neville Lancelot Goddard was born on February 19, 1905 in St. Louis. Michael, Barbados , West Indies, son of Joseph Nathaniel Goddard, a merchant, and Wilhelmina née Hinkinson; Neville was the fourth child in their family of nine boys and a girl.
He was a mystic, visionary and helper of humankind.
He came to the United States to study theatrical art at the age of seventeen (in September 1922 ) and while on tour with his dance troupe across England , he caught the taste for metaphysics after a casual conversation with a a Scotch who borrowed a series of books on the power of the mind.
On his return, he gave up the entertainment industry to devote his whole attention to the study of spiritual and mystical issues.
His interest intensified after meeting Abdullah, who preached esoteric Christianity .
Neville went to hear Abdullah somewhat of the need to have a friend. The Story:
I remember the first night when I met Abdullah. I have been postponing all the time to go to one of his meetings because a man in whose judgment I did not trust still insist on attending. At the end of the meeting, Ab approached me and said, Neville, you were six months late. Surprised, I asked him how he knew how he was calling me, and he said, My brothers told me six months ago that you were coming. Then he added, I'll stay here until you've got all I have to give you. Only then will I leave. ' And he had longed to leave, but he had to wait for me .
After this meeting, Neville studied with Abdullah, teaching Hebrew, the Kabbalah and the hidden meanings of Holy Scripture .
After traveling along the United States, Neville eventually settled in Los Angeles where, since the 1950s, he has lectured on radio and television, as well as regular public conferences .

Electricals chain Maplin races to secure sale amid retail gloom
By Mark Kleinman, City EditorThe owner of Maplin, one of Britain's biggest electrical goods retailers, is racing to avoid calling in administrators amid deepening pessimism about the outlook for the high street. Sky News has learnt that Rutland Partners, which took control of Maplin in 2014, is this week in crunch talks with potential buyers - including Edinburgh Woollen Mill (EWM), the clothing empire run by one of the industry's most acquisitive tycoons. Rutland wants to secure new investors for Maplin by the end of this week, with a pre-pack administration being considered as a viable option if a solvent sale cannot be concluded. The urgent talks aimed at finding new backers for Maplin follow the witrawal of credit insurance to some of the chain's suppliers last autumn. Maplin, which employs approximately 2,500 people, trades from just over 200 stores across the country. Sales during the crucial Christmas period plunged by 7% on a like-for-like basis, partly as a result of stock sho...

Kenilworth road cycle path
When I've driven past this it looks like a decent cycle path. Cycling along it quickly reveals it's utter garbage. I particularly like the way the cycle path leads you through a bus stop on the road, no idea how this is supposed to work when there's a bus stopped in it or approaching it to stop in it. As I cycled through it I was very aware I'm cycling on the wrong side of the road against the traffic.
Coventry cycle path rules call for a two way cycle path to be 3 metres wide, at no point is any of this path 3 metres wide. It's not actually 2 metres wide at any point. At the widest it's just wide enough for cars to park on it, none of these cars are 2 metres wide.
At all the side roads it's necessary to watch for cars from ahead turning left, cars from behind turning right and cars actually coming out of the side roads. I found this awkward, my head doesn't rotate through 360 degrees. Poor sight lines on every single side road mean it's difficult to see any cars in the side roads from more than a few metres before the side road.
What a bonus that it doesn't actually reach Kenilworth, a short distance before Kenilworth it just ends leaving cyclists with the option of illegally continuing on the pavement or trying to get across the road to continue on the road.
The usual garbage Coventry City Council think is suitable for encouraging cyclists. Why have cycle path guidance when it's completely ignored? I can only guess it's because Coventry City Council hate cyclists so much they'd like to see us all killed trying to use rubbish like this. The end result of this absolutely crap facility is cyclists who do the sensible thing and stay on the road will be abused by ignorant motorists for not using the cycle facilities.

SUMMARY
=======
England is a country that is part of the United Kingdom. It shares land borders with Scotland to the north and Wales to the west. The Irish Sea lies northwest of England and the Celtic Sea lies to the southwest. England is separated from continental Europe by the North Sea to the east and the English Channel to the south. The country covers five-eighths of the island of Great Britain, which lies in the North Atlantic, and includes over 100 smaller islands, such as the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight.
The area now called England was first inhabited by modern humans during the Upper Palaeolithic period, but takes its name from the Angles, a Germanic tribe deriving its name from the Anglia peninsula, who settled during the 5th and 6th centuries. England became a unified state in the 10th century, and since the Age of Discovery, which began during the 15th century, has had a significant cultural and legal impact on the wider world. The English language, the Anglican Church, and English law – the basis for the common law legal systems of many other countries around the world – developed in England, and the country's parliamentary system of government has been widely adopted by other nations. The Industrial Revolution began in 18th-century England, transforming its society into the world's first industrialised nation.England's terrain is chiefly low hills and plains, especially in central and southern England. However, there is upland and mountainous terrain in the north (for example, the Lake District and Pennines) and in the west (for example, Dartmoor and the Shropshire Hills). The capital is London, which has the largest metropolitan area in both the United Kingdom and the European Union. England's population of over 55 million comprises 84% of the population of the United Kingdom, largely concentrated around London, the South East, and conurbations in the Midlands, the North West, the North East, and Yorkshire, which each developed as major industrial regions during the 19th century. The Kingdom of England – which after 1535 included Wales – ceased being a separate sovereign state on 1 May 1707, when the Acts of Union put into effect the terms agreed in the Treaty of Union the previous year, resulting in a political union with the Kingdom of Scotland to create the Kingdom of Great Britain. In 1801, Great Britain was united with the Kingdom of Ireland (through another Act of Union) to become the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. In 1922 the Irish Free State seceded from the United Kingdom, leading to the latter being renamed the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
