Want to know what it's like to ride a bike in Agra City near Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in Keeper Landwey style?
We put together this little video from a recent cycling trips we have organised. We rode along bumpy tracks, new plain roads, and through remote village to bring you cycling adventure inspiration.
The world’s at its best when there’s nothing between it and you. No car window. No mobile screen. No maps or walls or guidebooks. Just the wind and the open road. Despite being clean and green, however, cycling is really becoming popular in Indian Tourism Now.
Our small group style of travel means you’ll stay under the eye, travel the local way, eat the local way and sleep the local way. You’ll get as close to real life as possible (without actually moving in). You’ll have the unsurpassed knowledge of a local leader, taking you out of the guidebooks and into a world you’re waiting to discover. This is the best choice; you can't simply start from your meeting point on your bicycle from the and ride off into Agra City.
“Riding bicycles will not only benefit the individual doing it, but the world at large.”

Exploring India's Golden Triangle | Planet Cruise Weekly
Today we are going to be exploring the fantastical region of India’s Golden Triangle. It's hard to think of a destination more overwhelming than India. Visit our website here:
With so many regions, so many cities and so many people, India confounds even the most sophisticated traveller’s, and it’s hard to know where to go first.
Luckily, there's a tried-and-true answer: India's Golden Triangle. Comprising New Delhi, India's capital as well as the site of the Taj Mahal, Agra and the Pink City of Jaipur, the Golden Triangle packs some of the country's greatest hits into a manageable package. Its most often a 6 night land tour that is combined either at the start or end of a longer cruise that visits the area.
India has been described as an assault on the senses -- rightfully so -- and an easy entry into the country can go a long way into making you feel good about your vacation choice.
Despite all this visiting India's Golden Triangle is well worth it and will be one of the greatest travel; experiences of your life. The states that you'll visit on the trip have a heavy Islamic influence, with majestic monuments and superb artisan work.
The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, but Delhi itself has three UNESCO World Heritage Sites and Jaipur has an astronomical observatory that will delight anyone remotely interested in the stars (astrology is still a bedrock of India's belief system). Even if your tour ensconces you in a luxury bubble of coaches and resorts, you'll still see sights that will shake you to your core -- and leave you wanting to learn more.
If you're looking for a Winter Sun Getaway but India isn't for you, then have a look at our 'TOP WINTER SUN CRUISE DESTINATIONS' video:
Planet Cruise is an independent cruise travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional cruise packages to destinations around the world. Whether it is a pre-cruise hotel stay in your chosen destination, a land tour to pair with your days at sea or private flights and transfers across the world, Planet Cruise can plan it all with their personalised service and expertise.

Taj Mahal & Playing Holi 2019 Festival of Colors with KIDS Agra, India
Happy Holi!!! We had a record breaking (for us) worldschooling day. We started out early morning at the Wonder of the World, Taj Mahal. Amazing!! Then we headed to a local families house who invited us to join in their private Holi party. We were so excited to play Holi and throw some colors. We were warned extensively by several locals not to go celebrate in the streets with the kids. Part of me still wishes we did, but we had a lot of fun either way and were especially grateful they were kind enough to let us all shower and change before our drive back to Delhi, lol!
We could use a bit of help updating our tech and keeping these videos coming. If you would like to support our channel and us, we'd LOVE that! xoxo

__________ABOUT US__________
Hey, by the way! So...we are worldschoolers. Don't know what that means? Worldschooling means different things for different people, but overall and in general it means that we are teaching our kids about life hands on through experiences as we travel around the world. Our motto is We Travel, we Learn, we Love, & we Serve. And we try to do just that as we move around this beautiful planet seeing new things, making new friends, trying to leave it a little better than we found it and experiencing other cultures first hand. It's an amazing trip, this life, but of course it also has it's downs. This is still our real life with kids arguing, tears, hurts, downfalls and the like. We always try and reboot our attitudes and get back on the road with a happier attitude. It is a choice!
We are the Wallace Family and we are Clicking Refresh to Reboot our Lives one day and experience at a time. xoxo

23 Hours Sacred Travel to Rishikesh from New Delhi, India
People who are interested in studying spiritual knowledge, know about India and in India Rishikesh is one of the prime location for this. Rishikesh is more famous among Westerns than Indian for Yoga, Meditation, Reiki & Peace. For it is famous due to Holy Ganga river and many temples.
SUBSCRIBE ME ON YOUTUBE :
Rishikesh is situated in a state of northern India called Uttarakhand, in short some people also call it UK. This is a lovely town situated in the bank of Holy River Ganga ( please don't call it Ganges). The near by famous city are Dehradun & Haridwar (another scared place).
How to Reach Rishikesh, India ?
There are several ways to reach Rishikesh - by train, by bus or by plane.
1. By Train - Rishikesh is well connected with Indian Railways from major Indian cities. Most of the tourist make their trip from New Delhi or Agra. In the train you can take sleeper class or above ticket. General Boggies are very horrifying to foreigners and there is no safety of you and your goods.
2. By Bus
The bus fair can be little expensive than train. There are Uttar Pradesh Government Buses running from various cities of Uttar Pradesh & also from New Delhi to Rishikesh. Govt. Buses are in very poor condition with bad smell coming all the time, but for the price you pay, no complainable. It's cheaper than private buses. To book a ticket for nice bus I will suggest you to book ticket from MakeMyTrip.com , RedBus.in etc. The journey time will be between 5 hours to 7 hours based on bus you select from New Delhi.
3. By Aeroplane
If you want to fly by Airplane then, you will fly upto Jolly Grant Airport, Dhoiwala. And from there either hire a cab or take a ride in tuk tuk. Its not so far around 20 Km from there.
4. By Personal/Hired Car
If you are in New Delhi and want to go Rishikesh this another amazing option you have. I took my ride to Rishikesh by car too. It took me almost 4 hours. You have a nice road and you can get plenty of gas station as well as fuel station in the way. Its about 225 KM from New Delhi to Rishikesh.
Well, if you ask me this question, I will answer in one two words - listening music. Hehe... listening old Hindi Gazals to modern filmy songs. All night listening and stopping near by for chair or for fueling or while delivering local newspaper in the major cities. Till we reach Rishikesh, we delivered 80,000 copies of The Hindu hehe.
When our car was passing by Haridwar , the feelings was amazing ... sun was rising, pilgrims in reddish orange color dressed walking on the side of the road in line, and people doing morning walk , chaiwalas busy in serving people in small roadside huts tea shop. Silent and cool breezing .... while some young lads selling garland and flowers for praying to Ganga. They will come nearby your car or bus and ask you. .... It was amazing ...
Things You can Do in Rishikesh Except Yoga & Meditation
1. Rafting ( cost 350 INR - 6 US$)
2. Bungy Jumping ( 3350 INR - 55 US$)
3. Jungle Safari
4. Swimming in Holy River Ganga
5. Trekking & Camping.
How was my Trip to Rishikesh
Laxman Jhula
There are many temples, small and big near by laxman jhula and you will see pilgrims worshiping to Holy River ganga all the time. Crowd is more at evening and day time. While some tourist including Indian, just laying down on the sand at the bank of Ganga river and looking the beautiful flow of river and greenery above it. We did it too.
On the Way To Ram Jhula
When I started moving to Ram Jhula, I was already in pressure of peeing :P I was holding it for a long time. But I saw no place to pee and I don't wanted to pee like we do mostly anywhere anytime :p because of the respect for Holy Ganga & sacredness of it. So I my prime focus of the eye was to see the washroom to be honest but still the magnificent path with chanting matra was giving me peace. nation. There you will see the name of the people who made it.
Ram Jula
Finally we reached, Ican see crowd more there than in Laxman Jhula may be because many temples are more here , yoga centers are more here, Gita Bhawan ( the house of Gita chanters) is here and also is first place from Rishikesh. It comes before Laxman Jhula when you travel from Rishikesh city.
Swimming on Ganga River
This is the most interesting thing for me. Water was clean only sad was mixed. It has got so many places to take bathe. Almost everywhere from Laxman Jhula to Ram Jhula you will see taking shower or at least just they deep there body. People are scared while some are swimming even upto middle of the river, which is not allowed by tourist.

# Visit Taj Mahal
Taj Mahal One of the seven wonders of the world Taj Mahal was built by a grief stricken Emperor Shahjahan as a memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. A world-renowned wonder, Taj Mahal sits pretty on the northern side of this green paradise. It looks the same from all the four sides! The Quranic inscriptions on its four entrances are carved in such subtle increase in size that may appear to be of the same size from top to bottom! Shahjahan invited master craftsmen from as far as Italy and Persia to help design his ambitious tribute to love. Taj Mahal is phenomenal not in the beauty alone that shines forth, but in the deep planning and design that went into its making, and the ethereal idea of immortalizing love. Delicate carvings in marble vie with gorgeous pietra dura for attention. Lapis-lazuli, Cornelian, Mother of pearl, Agate and Emerald are inlayed in floral and geometrical patterns in the marble itself. This enchanting mausoleum, on the bank of river Yamuna started in 1631 and it took 22 years to complete with the help of an estimated 20000 workers.
# Visit Agra Fort
The great Mughal Emperor Akbar commissioned the construction of the Agra Fort in 1666, A.D. although additions were made till the time of his grandson Shahjahan. The forbidding exteriors of this fort hide an inner paradise. There are a number of exquisite buildings like Moti Masjid - a white marble mosque akin to a perfect pearl; Diwan-I-Am, Diwan-I-Khaas, Musamman Burj - where Shahjahan died in 1666 A.D. Jahangir's Palace; Khaas Mahal and Shish Mahal.
