Ingalalla Waterfalls are located 10kms from Yankalilla, SA. Easy walk from carpark to lower falls, 300m. Upper falls can be reached by walking up track on left of lower falls, usually very slippery. Listen to the falls, running stream and native birdlife whilst visiting. Song is Rain by Rob Scallon

The Ingalalla Waterfalls are located in the Second Valley Forest 10 kilometres south of Normanville on the Hay Flat Road. The Waterfalls are located within 500 metres of the carpark. They are the perfect place for a picnic with many shaded areas. At certain times of the year you will see flowering lillies in the creek and in autumn the leaves of the deciduous trees provide a colourful backdrop to the trees in the pine forest.

Just a day or so later from a raging torrent and the falls are flowing nicely and the mosquitoes are dinosaur size.

The best time to view the falls at it's best is from July to August.
Ingalalla Falls has a beautiful and peaceful picnic area. Well worth the visit.
