[DA] Howth & Ireland's Eye Dublin Ireland Dji Phantom 3 Professional
Howth , meaning Éadar's peak is a village and outer suburb of Dublin, Ireland. The district occupies the greater part of the peninsula of Howth Head, forming the northern boundary of Dublin Bay. Originally just a small lfishing village, Howth with its surrounding once-rural district is now a busy suburb of Dublin, with a mix of dense residential development and wild hillside. The only neighbouring district on land is Sutton. Howth is also home to one of the oldest occupied buildings in Ireland, Howth Castle.
Ireland's Eye is a small uninhabited island off the coast of County Dublin, Ireland, situated directly north of Howth Harbour. The island is easily reached by regular tourist boats. The island is currently part of the county of Fingal, for administrative purposes, but was at one time part of the city of Dublin.

Ireland's Eye is the perfect spot when you feel like a break from Dublin’s overcrowded green spaces on a sunny day. It’s only a few minutes by ferry from Howth Pier but feels like a remote island.

As an amature photographer a visit to this wonderful Island( Irelands Eye) off the coast of Howth was a brilliant opportunity to capture the wildlife and beautiful landscape that is untouched by humans. I hope you enjoy looking at these photo's as much as I did taking them....

???????? Sailing Around Ireland's Eye
After visiting the Howth Castle and St Mary's Church we walked over to the Howth Harbour. As we were walking down to check out the footprints of King George IV, I noticed Ireland's Eye off to the distance.
Ireland's Eye is a small island that lies off the coast of Howth to the north. I remember reading about it before I got here but completely forgot about it until I spotted it off in the distance.
Not really thinking much more of it, a minute later a fisherman asked us if we wanted to go to Ireland's Eye for 10 euro. We quickly accepted and got into his boat.
While we were waiting, a seal swam super close to us and then dove under the boat. It was crazy. I've never been that close to a seal before.
I realized the fisherman wasn't going to make the journey over there for just two people and he was still having difficulty finding more to join (as this was winter, fewer tourist). So I stepped out of the boat to wander around to try and find these footprints. The sun was about to go down and I wanted to make the most of my trip to Howth.
I walked all over and couldn't find the footprints. When I got back to the boat I asked the fisherman where they were, he showed me when we got back.
The boat ride around Ireland's Eye was such a beautiful trip. I thought we were going to be disembarking on the island but unfortunately we just sailed around it. I still got to see the Martello Tower, even though I would have loved to go inside. Apparently, there's a church from the 8th century on the island. But I couldn't see that from the water.
After the boat ride we got to talking with a cool dude from France. His name is Phong. He was the third and final person on the boat ride. We ended up all going to get a beer and watching the sunset from a lighthouse.

We sent a drone over Ireland's Eye!
Ireland's Eye Ferries operates a ferry service to and around Ireland's Eye, a small, picturesque island off the coast of Howth, Dublin. While operating on the West Pier of Howth Harbour, one of the most common questions we receive is What is there to do over there. We reply that there's plenty to do and see including a 19th century Martello Tower and an 8th century chapel as well as an array of sea birds including puffins, gannets, and guillemots. But we feel that our words can only do so much, so we made this video to truly do the island justice.
