DELAWARE - USA Travel Guide | Around The World
Delaware was the first state to ratify the US Constitution. Delaware is well known as a corporate tax haven due to its laxed and secure banking laws. It is bordered by the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Counties :
New Castle County (Northern Delaware)
Kent County (Delaware) (Central Delaware)
Sussex County (Delaware) (Southern Delaware)
Cities :
Dover, the capital, located in the middle of the state.
Wilmington
Newark
Bridgeville
Dewey Beach
New Castle
Rehoboth Beach
Middletown
Bethany Beach
Fenwick Island
Commercial airline service into the state of Delaware is limited, but areas of the state are reasonably close to major international airports in either Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or the District of Columbia. In 2013, Frontier Airlines offered commercial flights to New Castle County Airport including direct flights from several US Cities including Chicago-Midway, Orlando, Tampa, Houston, and Denver.
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is 20 miles or about a half hour to the northeast of downtown Wilmington and serves as the main commercial aviation gateway for most visitors to Delaware.
Baltimore-Washington International (BWI), is less than 90 minutes away, and has many national and international flights.
Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY) serves many visitors to southern Delaware's beaches and is located about an hour south and west of Rehoboth Beach, DE.
Delaware has many excellent restaurants and a surprising number of brewpubs for a small state, including Dogfish Head in Rehoboth Beach and Iron Hill (in Newark and along the Riverfront in Wilmington).
As the location of the University of Delaware, Newark is the home of a number of bars and restaurants popular with college students and locals. One such restaurant is Klondike Kate's (on Main Street). Ask for a tour of the jail cells in the basement, dating from the late 1700s. The Deer Park (also on Main Street) is a long standing Newark institution with a rich history. Although the current building dates from 1847, there has been a tavern on the site since colonial times. Edgar Allan Poe once stayed at the St. Patrick's Inn, which formerly stood on the same site. Legend has it that he put a curse on the building and the city after falling in the mud outside the hotel. Due to the site's association with Poe, the symbol of the Deer Park is a raven, and there is a wooden raven on display in the main dining room.
In the city of Wilmington, Trolley Square, about one mile from downtown along Delaware Avenue, is widely popular with locals in their 20s-30s. Among the bars in Trolley Square, The Logan House is arguably the most popular drinking location. Just outside of the city on Route 52 in Greenville is Cromwell's, which has quality pub style food and a comfortable ambience. For those staying in Downtown Wilmington there are several excellent bars and restaurants in the downtown area including The Chelsea Tavern, Ernest & Scott Taproom and Mikimoto's. On the West Side of Wilmington is the Little Italy district including 'Restaurant Row' - the numerous restaurants found on Lincoln and Union Streets. This includes several authentic style Italian Restaurants like Mrs. Robino's, Mona Lisa's Euro Bistro and Luigi Vitrone’s Pastabilities Restaurant along with other popular places like Walter's Steakhouse, Union Grille, Dead President's Pub and Restaurant and Blue Parrot.

Mysterious Road Defies Gravity in Pittsburgh - Gravity Hill, Pennsylvania

Let's take a look at this mysterious road that defies gravity in Pittsburgh. It is very intriguing and apparently nobody knows that such a strange road exists here. Towards the end of the video, I'll give you the exact address, and you can go check it out for yourself and may be take your friends and freak them out.
We are sitting inside my car and the road is clearly going downhill. So, we take the car downhill and stop at this stop sign. Now, we put the car in neutral. But, when you take your feet of the gas and the brake - instead of moving forward, the car starts moving backwards. Why is the car going uphill on this road? And its starts accelerating so fast, we have to hit the brakes and stop the car!
This is really hard to believe and some of you may even wonder if I am using camera tricks to fool you. So, I went home and came back with a few things. I am pushing this ball downhill and watch what happens. It goes down because of my push, but then it stops and starts to roll back up hill, and knocks down my camera. Why do things defy the law of gravity on this road?
I'll give you the exact address of this strange road, so if you live in Pennsylvania, you can test it for yourself. It is located at the intersection of McKinney Road, and Kummer Road in Allison Park, Pittsburgh. There is more than one intersection between these roads, so it's a little hard to find this spot. On my Tom Tom GPS, the address that I enter is 601 McKinney Road, Allison Park. The longitude and latitude coordinates are 40.612790 and -80.026050.
Now, I am going to explain why such a mysterious phenomenon is happening on this road. There is a scientific explanation behind it, even though I personally find it hard to believe. I am placing a carpenter's level on the road, and incredibly it shows that this road is NOT going downhill. But when you see it with your naked eye, you can swear that it is going downhill. Somehow, the carpenter's level clearly shows that the road is going downhill towards the opposite direction, which explains why the cars and balls rolled back from the stop sign. This is known as a Gravity Hill Phenomenon. The road seems to be playing a clever trick with my eyes and even with my camera, it seems impossible to believe that the road is going down on the opposite direction.
If you live around Pittsburgh, please do drive to this place and take a look at this road. Remember to take a few people with you, and believe me they will be really shocked.
I hope you liked this video, I am finding a lot of intriguing stuff like this, so please do subscribe to my channel. Thank you for watching and talk to you soon.

Cave Of Kelpius, Philadelphia - Ancient Aliens?

Let's take a look at this mysterious cave in Philadelphia called the Cave of Kelpius. It is located in the woods and I am going to show you the inside of the cave and some really weird details about its connection to a secret society and even extraterrestrials.
This cave was built by a man called Johannes Kelpius, popularly known as the Monk of the Ridge. It is not accurate to label him as just a monk, because even though he was a religious person, he was more of an astronomer and a scientist. He even had a Ph.D. and he was always looking at the sky through a telescope for bizarre arrival. Kelpius was far ahead of his times with his knowledge in technology that common people thought that he was a magician.
Now, if you look at this cave from the outside, you can see that it was built with great care. Once upon a time, it had a nice door because here we can see a rusted door hinge and the other one is broken. It is very dark inside, and if the door was closed it would become pitch black. But when it was built in 1694, it had a fireplace and even a chimney so that Kelpius could perform his experiments alone in this cave. We can see how the roof is arched, and not flat which shows how well constructed this cave is.
Inside, we have an earthen floor but on the walls you can see a cross, an obvious symbol of God. Right next to it is the inverted cross which is a popular symbol of Satan or could mean the cross of Peter as well. You can see other weird symbols and codes painted on the walls. There are no artifacts or anything because most of the belongings of Kelpius were carefully taken away and eventually given to Benjamin Franklin, one of the founding Fathers of the U.S who was also a great astronomer.
So why did Kelpius build a cave here in Philadelphia in the middle of the woods? The story is interesting because Kelpius sailed all the way from Europe in very bad weather, because somehow he was convinced that A woman from sky would be landing in Philadelphia. And this prediction was not only based on his astronomical observation, but also the verses in Revelation 12:14 through 12:16. It talks about a woman who would have wings and give birth to a baby son who was destined to rule the world.
So Kelpius reaches Philadelphia with 40 men, who were all college graduates. This big team of astronomers and scientists had been observing the stars and planets and they had some kind of information that the extraterrestrial landing would take place exactly where the cave is now located. As soon as they reached Philadelphia, Kelpius sets up the first astronomical observatory in the Province of Pennsylvania. He used a very sophisticated telescope. These 40 guys even took turns to keep looking at the sky 24 hours a day, because they did not want to miss the quote on quote Gods landing here. The telescope that was used by Kelpius was so special, that it is still preserved in the American Philosophical society founded by Benjamin Franklin.
Now, you can see that the name Benjamin Franklin keeps popping up a lot. This is because Benjamin Franklin put a lot of effort into preserving the gadgets used by Kelpius. Why? Because Benjamin Franklin himself was a serious believer in Extraterrestrials and expected that aliens would land on earth sooner or later.
In 1728, in Articles of Belief Benjamin Franklin wrote Man is not the perfect being but one, rather that as there are many Degrees of beings his inferiors, so there are many Degrees of Beings Superior to him. And he repeatedly shows his belief in Extraterrestrial life and cosmic pluralism in many of his writings. In another book called Pennsylvania, and the First Nations he writes about the Sky Woman who descends from heaven and this goes on and on in a lot of his books. You can see a large marble stone right next to this cave. This was set up by a secret society called the Rosicrucians and it says that Kelpius was the first Rosicrucian to come to the U.S. You can see a lot of interesting symbols in this stone and you can pause the video if you want and read the entire inscription.
But the most intriguing detail about this stone is that it is some kind of a code that can be read only by Rosicrucians. I'll give you an example: On the top, you can see the words Cro Maat. If you Google Cro Maat, you'll see that it is Egyptian for the words The Truth Shall Be. But, the Rosicrucian Society is officially called The Ancient And Mystical Order Rosae Crucis. This seems totally irrelevant, but if you reverse the order of these words: Crucis Rosae Order Mystical And Ancient The and then take the first letter of every word, you get Cro Maat.

SUMMARY
=======
United Airlines Flight 93 was a domestic scheduled passenger flight that was hijacked by four al-Qaeda terrorists on board, as part of the September 11 attacks. It crashed into a field in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, during an attempt by the passengers and crew to regain control. All 44 people on board were killed, including the four hijackers, but no one on the ground was injured. The aircraft involved, a Boeing 757–222, was flying United Airlines' daily scheduled morning flight from Newark International Airport in New Jersey to San Francisco International Airport in California.
The hijackers stormed the aircraft's cockpit 46 minutes after takeoff. The pilot and first officer took measures, such as de-activating the autopilot, to hinder the hijackers. Ziad Jarrah, who had trained as a pilot, took control of the aircraft and diverted it back toward the east coast, in the direction of Washington, D.C. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and Ramzi bin al-Shibh, considered principal instigators of the attacks, have claimed that the intended target was the Capitol Building. After the hijackers took control of the plane, several passengers and flight attendants learned from phone calls that suicide attacks had already been made by hijacked airliners on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Arlington County, Virginia. Many of the passengers then attempted to regain control of the aircraft from the hijackers. During the struggle, the plane crashed into a field near a reclaimed strip mine in Stonycreek Township, near Indian Lake and Shanksville, about 65 miles (105 km) southeast of Pittsburgh and 130 miles (210 km) northwest of Washington, D.C. A few people witnessed the impact from the ground, and news agencies began reporting the event within an hour.
Of the four aircraft hijacked on September 11 – the others were American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 77 – United Airlines Flight 93 was the only aircraft that did not reach its hijackers' intended target. Vice President Dick Cheney, in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center deep under the White House, authorized Flight 93 to be shot down; upon learning of the crash, he is reported to have said, I think an act of heroism just took place on that plane.A temporary memorial was built near the crash site soon after the attacks. Construction of a permanent Flight 93 National Memorial was dedicated on September 10, 2011, and the concrete and glass visitor center situated on a hill overlooking the site was opened exactly four years later.
Sneaky Ways Movie Theaters Get You To Spend More Money
Between ticket prices and concessions, movie theaters are expensive. But movie theater chains like AMC and Regal only keep around 50% of the revenue from ticket sales each year. But theaters are able to keep over 80% of concessions revenue as profit. So most theaters are designed to get you to spend money on food. And it works, AMC reports that more than 71% of attendees spend money on concessions.

10 Facts Movie Theaters Don't Want You to Know
We all love movie theaters for the special feeling they give with fantastic special effects, complete sound immersion and the taste of popcorn. Would you still love them just as much if you found out their secrets movie theater owners don’t want you to know? We’re going to unveil 10 movie theater secrets.
In cinemas, many people can’t always keep their feelings to themselves and that’s normal. For example, a movie about cannibals called Raw appeared to be too hard to watch for a couple of visitors at The Toronto International Film Festival in 2016. The people fainted and one of them hit his head badly during the fall.
Digital devices can do everything on their own, and there are more automatic processes at a cinema than there were during the previous century.
Keep it in mind that in case there are some problems with a projector (the image is blurred, not centered, etc.), you’ll have to stand up and go notify a staff member in the lobby.
20% of the population, including Johnny Depp himself, simply can’t perceive those three dimensions. Harvard Medical School neurobiology professor Dr. Margaret S. Livingstone explains it could be due to stereo-blindness when eyes can’t see in 3D because of the way they are aligned.
If you love cleanliness that much, try to visit the cinema in the morning and avoid going there on Friday and Saturday nights when a lot of other people go out to the movies.
