My potentially over-dramatic edit of the very vast and beautiful Isalo National Park in Southern Madagascar. This was during the final phases of the month long trip but was also one of the best experiences of the entire thing. Trekking, waterfalls, natural springs and money shots 4 dayz.

Out of this WORLD SUNRISE Isalo National Park MADAGASCAR
We woke up 04:15 to access the park before any other traveler had arrived. With our local guide leading the way through the darkness we walked into an open plateau, and as the sun rose, were greeted to an awesome sight. An out of this world sunrise in Isalo National Park, MADAGASCAR!!

What's up guyzzz!!! WELCOME TO MY CHANNEL! In this video, I made a montage of some of the things I filmed while I was in August. I know I didn't post anything on YouTube in August, but I was still filming a lot so here it (finally) is!
I know I reuploaded this video (plz don't hate me). I find some more clips (of lemurs) that I liked and I feel like lemurs are the symbol of Madagascar and I had to add them in there. :)
Although I know most of my subscribers personally, I am still very blessed to have friends and family who support me so much and watch all my videos on a regular basis.

*FOR PPL INTERESTED IN MY EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE:
- I usually shoot on my Canon Rebel T6—ik smaller sensor and no flip screen ;( and I also shoot a lot on my iPhone 7 which shoots at pretty high quality 1080p)
- Lenses used in this video: 24mm prime lens f/s 2.8 and a 50mm prime lens f/s 1.8
- ISO: 100 (I needed the least amount of grain possible so that in post, even if grain was added, it wouldn't affect the shot too much).
- I USE FINAL PRO X: I have been using FCPX for the past 3 years and I've learned so much since I first started. I know so much, but I also have so much more to learn; if you have any tips or tricks, please let me know and don't be afraid to speak filmmaker to me cuz I will understand it.
- LUTs: I use a lot of Peter Mckinnon's LUTs just because the man is a legend and is frankly one of the best YouTubers out there.

Isalo National Park 位於馬達加斯加西南地區，附近是以畜牧為主的 Bara people 居住，生活比較艱困。 這個NP是以6000m深的沈積砂岩，經由風及河川切割形成奇岩怪石的石柱，岩壁，高原及峽谷著名， 溪谷深至200m類似 Utah 的 Zion NP， 可惜來的時候是乾季，溪水很低瀑布不大。 Park 內不能空拍只能由 parking lot 或是 N7 路上找機會側飛由外面一窺高原及奇岩怪石的風貌。
National Park 內生態豐富，有六種 Lemurs 和近百種的鳥類棲息於此，我們在 Park trial head 附近遇到幾群 ring-tailed lemurs，拍的不亦樂乎！
Tulear 位於Madagascar 西南部海邊，由 N7 一路下來距離首都 Antananarivo 約一千公里遠，西南部氣候乾旱水源缺乏人民生活困苦，可以由他們低矮的土屋穿著生活方式看出來。 導遊建議大家把用過的瓶子裝滿自來水帶上車，在這些資源缺乏的鄉村中是最實用的禮物了。
Isalo National Park is in the Ihorombe Region of Madagascar, it was created in 1962 and the Bara people have traditionally inhabited this area, a nomadic people subsisting on zebu farming.
Isalo National Park is a sandstone landscape that has been dissected by wind and water erosion into deep canyons, sandstone domes, flat-topped mountains and “runiform” mountains - steep sided outcrops that have been dissected into odd-shapes. These odd shapes are referred to as runiforme, based on the French word for carved. The most famous monuments sculpted by nature such as the Window and the Queen that can be found right next to the National road 7, then the Boot, the Wolf that will complete the natural beauty of Isalo National park.
Tulear is located on the southwestern coast of Madagascar. It is about a thousand kilometers away from the capital Antananarivo. The climate in the southwest region is dry and water resource is a premium, instead of farming, people here is mainly herding Zebu to support their families. Their lifestyle and living condition is considerably lower (compare with highlanders)

Madagascar Travel || On the road from Antananarivo to Isalo ????????
Travel Madagascar, On the road from Antananarivo to Isalo It took us four days, which is a fairly standard plan for the tours. We noticed most of the other tourists we kept meeting up with were on the same schedule. We did Antananarivo to Antsirabe, then Antsirabe to Ranomafana, an extra night in Ranomafana, and then another day to Isalo (Ranohira). You wouldn’t want to miss Ranamafana, it was a terrific National Park.

Isalo National Park
Nearly two days of travel from Tana (short for Antananarivo) lies Isalo National Park bordering the town of Ranohira in Southern Madagascar. Isalo is the most visited national park in Mada for good reason – its easy to get to and incredibly beautiful. Much of Southern Madagascar is flat open grasslands; however, during the Jurassic period a large chunk of sandstone measuring 59 by 22 kilometers was shifted upwards creating a rare rocky plateau among the vast open plains. Through time, water has carved incredible canyons throughout this park supporting an oasis of animal and plant life like lemurs and geckos giving Isalo “holy” status by the local tribes living in the region.
